Feeling so much better.
Dr Alexander and his team are top notch! I have been a patient for 3 years and it is very hard to find a practice that provides exceptional care while running an organized business. Upon arrival I am greeted by a friendly smile and am called back quickly. Dr Alexander takes time to listen before speaking. He is always personable and strives to get me back to 100 percent. For anyone contemplating what to do about your back and where to go, I feel confident recommending Dr Alexander.

Highly recommend Scrambler Therapy!
After 7 years of significant chronic pain in my hand after a major work injury, Scrambler Therapy has diminished the pain to mostly non-existent. I was able to stop taking medications and look forward to using my hand now.

Wonderful job treating my back pain!
Very pleased with my experience at the Non-Surgical Spine Center in Charleston. Dr Alexander and his staff did a wonderful job walking me through and performing the process of epidural injections for the first time. My back is feeling better than it has in a long time. I'm excited to get back to the activities I enjoy without the constant pain.

Highly recommended!
After suffering with major neck pain, I came in and saw Dr Alexander. They set up an MRI and diagnosed the problem. Dr Alexander then did an injection and recommended six laser treatments and I am now living my life pain free. Thanks for the great results!

Great experience!
On my first visit with Dr Alexander I was in a lot of pain and knew it had to do with my back but not sure what. After results of my MRI, Dr Alexander worked with me understanding my desire to avoid surgery. Today I am so happy with the results and lack of pain. Dr Alexander and his staff are great. Always a smile, friendly, considerate, and nothing but positivity all the way around.

Dr Alexander was very attentive to my problem offering various treatment solutions. I've been able to progress from prior neck surgery and severe pain to almost no pain. I am once again enjoying all my activities including golf.

To the point and customer focused
Came in for a consult. For years I suffered from constant back pain. Once I realized that the time had come to see a specialist I choose to go to Dr. Alexander at Non Surgical Spine Institute. They were prompt, to the point and offered a rehabilitative regiment that was clear. After just one non surgical procedure (epidural injection) I was pain free for the first time in a very long time. Really glad I choose them.
