After treatment my back is much better.
I was having a lot of pain with my back. I did not want surgery. After treatments my back is so much better. Dr. Alexander and staff are very professional. I definitely made the right choice in choosing them to treat my back condition.

The thought of having my back worked on without surgery was very appealing to me. This is what I have found with Dr. Alexander. He has helped with a bulging disc in my low back and arthritis in my neck which caused pain in my upper back. I highly recommend Dr. Alexander to anyone with back or neck pain who does not want to have surgery.

Wonderful experience and pleasant staff.
Wonderful experience and pleasant staff. Dr. Alexander is awesome, listens to the patient, and explained my procedure to relieve pain. Explained my back issue and why it was causing so much pain. Non-surgical relief from pain was my hope and I received it. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends suffering from back and neck pain.

Very friendly and welcoming.
Dr. Alexander and staff were very friendly and welcoming. He listened to my complaints and concerns and addressed each one. Throughout the process, he was very clear on his plan for my recovery from a work injury and had a secondary plan in place if things didn't progress the way he planned. I am now feeling great and back to work full duty.

Dramatic relief of my back and leg pain!
Their service is excellent from the front desk staff up through the ranks to Dr. Alexander. My sciatic nerve treatments provided dramatic relief of my back and leg pain. I am now enjoying my extremely active lifestyle as I did prior to the sudden onset of sciatica.

I am back to enjoying life!
My experience with Dr. Alexander and his staff has been excellent. After 3 injections, my pain is 90% improved and I am back to enjoying life! In my opinion, Dr. Alexander is the highest rated spine doctor in Charleston. Thank you all.

Experience even better than expected.
My experience at the Non-Surgical Spine Center was even better than what I expected. The staff was extremely kind and Dr. Alexander was the best. His bed side manner was great. I will be recommending him to all of my friends with back problems.

My pain is gone!
Dealt with a very stiff and painful lower back for nearly a year. I had tried almost everything before coming to the Non-Surgical Spine Center. After a few treatments by Dr. Alexander, my pain and stiffness in my lower back is gone!

It was a fantastic change!
I was dealing with terrible back and leg pain. After my first epidural procedure I only have extremely minimal discomfort and only with some movements. It is a fantastic change! I would recommend this practice to anyone with the same nerve pain!!!

Laser treatments relieved my neck pain!
Laser treatments to my neck have relieved the pain and eliminated having to take two different pain medications. I am feeling so much better and functioning normally.

Since 1970, I have suffered the cruelty of back pain due to an army injury. After countless visits to doctors and institutions, I had just about given up on a cure. My experience with Dr. Alexander is indescribable. Combination of lumbar epidural shots and physical therapy made me a new person. For at least 46 years I couldn't sleep on my back... I do now! Pain is gone 98%. I am free!!! Thank you so much Doc!

If you have pain, Dr Alexander is the doctor for you!
I've been going to Dr. Alexander for 3 years. He gave me injections for my lower back pain both times I was referred to him. The first set of injections lasted 1.5 years with no pain. I've just completed my last injection recently and again feel great. If you are in pain, Dr. Alexander is the doctor for you! He helped me prevent back surgery.

Dr. Alexander got me better quickly.

Treatments have been a blessing.

I am now pain free!
Before I saw Dr. Alexander, I was in a lot of pain from my neck, right shoulder, and right arm. Today I am pain free after receiving two injections. I had been a patient of his a few years ago so I was happy to come see him again. Thanks Dr. Alexander for making my pain go away completely!

Highly recommend this medical practice!
I was referred to Dr. Alexander after suffering from lower back pain and carpal tunnel syndrome for many years. Dr. Alexander and his staff worked with me to treat both conditions without surgery and also referred me to physical therapy. My only regret is not finding them sooner!
It was wonderful to find a doctor willing to listen and take my concerns seriously. The staff and Dr. Alexander have been amazing to work with. They were not only able to alleviate the spine pain I was having but also refer me to other doctors to help with symptoms unrelated to the spine. I would highly recommend the Non-Surgical Spine Center. My only regret is not finding them sooner!

The Doctor and staff are always pleasant and caring. I've received huge benefit in coming here to treat my back pain. When I first came to the office I could not stand, sit, or sleep comfortably because of my back pain. Now that the pain is so significantly reduced, nothing is holding me back from living my life.
