Light therapy for acne
I had persistent acne starting in my adult life at about 22 on wards. I came to Dr. Long and she helped me work though options. She suggested light therapy and I came in twice a week for treatments. Although this was a lot of visits this really helped clear up my acne. I used to constantly have oily forehead and temples but after treatments were complete I started to notice less oil. I was clearing up and not getting more acne. I was finally able to happily take photos! Dr Long is wonderful!

Fresh, Rested and Pain-Free
Dr. Long is the best at providing accurate expectations and a pain-free experience. I was given ProNox to help me relax and it really helped. I'm not afraid of needles but adding ProNox made me even less anxious knowing the needle was coming. My experiences at City Dermatology have always been rewarding with the gentle approach, knowledgeable staff and of course, Dr. Long. Thank you for making me look fresh and rested!

Very comfortable and efficient

Always listens and great results
Dr Long and her team are great - I think the best testament is that no one ever knows I've gotten service. I often get "you look so good/rested/relaxed/..."
I recently tried ProNox to cut the edge off my fear of needles. It was so helpful. Yes, I still felt the needle, I just didn't mind as much. It wore off as promised and didn't make me feel groggy after.
I definitely recommend her and her services!

Best results I've ever had

If you choose to pay out of pocket for your health care Do Not come here.
I drove an hour and forty minutes to get to Dr Long only to be way laid by her receptionist. I had told them that I was Self-pay when I made the appointment last week. I get into the office she asks for my drivers license which I gave to her. . I told her I was out of pocket paying. After we went back-and-forth two ir three times she insisted she needed my major medical card. When I showed it to her she told me they couldn’t treat me! I was trying to pay this Dr. Cash and she would not except me
