Coolsculpting- A pro and personable
Been seeing Dr. Long since arriving in the midwest. After much thought and seeing a great demonstration, I decided to use her for coolsculpting services too. I can work from the room and have all the service of a great spa but with the constant oversight of the Dr! Highly recommend her.

Easy and Awesome!
Dr. Long was wonderful in helping me achieve the younger look I wanted by reducing my 'smile lines' around my eyes. She was careful to explain the procedure and not go overboard with the treatment so that I would have a natural look. In the end the results are EXACTLY what I had hoped for! I am so happy and would recommend her to anyone.

Adult Acne +Hyper-Pigmentation +Cosmetic Success with Dr. Long
Dr Long is amazing. After years of suffering from adult acne and hyper-pigmentation with little resolution, I was referred to Dr. Long. Dr. Long and her team are kind, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. Within weeks my skin dramatically improved, and I was no longer embarrassed to be seen with minimal or no makeup! I was ready to tackle the lines that had developed between my eyebrows, fine lines around my eyes, as well as my lips that were starting to thin. As a first time cosmetic patient, I was nervous - but I really wanted to continue to improve my inner and outer self. Dr. Long and her team were compassionate, honest, and never pressuring. My results are incredible - natural, yet just enough to see that my appearance has improved! Dr. Long has an amazing talent, and I am very much looking forward to continued health and wellness with her and her team.

Dr, Long and her staff are professional, easy to talk with and very accommodating to my busy work schedule.

Dr. Long and her staff are very attentive to my needs and I feel very comfortable every time I come in for an appointment.
I look forward to my appointments at City Dermatology and Laser with Dr. Long. Each time I come her staff make me feel very welcome and relaxed. The staff and Dr. Long are very professional. Dr. Long is very attentive to your needs and she explains things in great detail but in a way that is easily understood. Excellent doctor
Always an excellent experience. I look forward to coming back to the office (when I need to). Wait times on average are never too bad, and the staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming. Would (and do) recommend Dr. Long to others.

Outstanding
My experience with Dr. Long and her staff has been nothing but positive. The time it takes to get an appointment is not long and once I arrive, she usually runs on time. I see Dr. Long for both medical skin concerns as well as cosmetic issues. I put my trust in her with every visit and I have never been disappointed. Prices are reasonable and of the dermatologists I been to over the many years, Dr. long and her staff is by far my favorite and one of the best in Cincinnati. I highly recommend.

Making getting rid of unwanted hair a quick and easy experience.
Dr Lana Long, is very knowledgeable and experienced. She addressed all my concerns. Office atmosphere is pleasant, office staff is extremely friendly. She runs on time, but gives each patient case the time that it needs. I have been very pleased with my results and her care.

Alopecia
My experience with Dr. Long has been excellent. She quickly gave me my diagnosis and backed it up with a biopsy of my scalp. The great news is that through her treatments, my hair is returning. She is highly professional with great listening skills.
