Just one suggestion

I have been going to Florida Dermatology, and have had very satisfactory experience, mostly from the PAs who are the ones who examine you, unless you are scheduled for a surgical procedure. My suggestion, though, is that the staff should be trained to address patients, personally and by phone, as Mr. Ms, Mrs, or Dr. and their last name instead of by their first name. I know this is a common practice in medical facilities, but I found it to be disrespectful. Dr. Koonce

PA Turk

I just had the most delightful experience. I was not only seen "on time" but the friendliness and kindness of the the staff and PA was amazing. I usually don't enjoy going to the doctor but today was an exception.

I had gone to so many doctors with no help

I had been to several different doctors prior to coming to Fla Dermatology. I saw PA Turk today, and was very happy with her willingness to help me get answers to my questions. I feel confident that i will be able to get some relief this time
