The dr. Gave the explanation. Told me what he was going to do. Explained side affects if there were any. Then gave the sht with little to no pain at all.

From the minute you step into this office to the minute you step out the staff treats you fantastic.
The only negative I have to say would be about the x-ray technicians, most that I have met are rude and heartless.

Trustworthy and Educational Experiences
My visits with my Orthopaedic Specialist are quite educational experiences to me, but also comfortable, because I trust my Specialist and his team members in their knowledge, experience, and expertise. My Orthopaedic Specialist (and his team) has been very committed to my care (post surgery), to ensure that I am able to move forward in a healthy and productive quality of lifestyle once again.

Wonderful
Dr. Bewley’s PA listened then checked my knee. When asked about surgery he explained the kind of surgery I could possibly need down the road. He gave me an injection.

Very efficient
The visit moved very quickly, more machine like in ways. The staff was good but more machine like in interactions. Lacked personality in some ways. They did their job but didn’t have time for pleasantries it seemed. Felt a bit like one of the herd. Other than that they did a great job getting me in and out. Maybe working on the personal touches to make it a bit warmer would be nice, and slow down a bit.

Everyone from the front desk to the nurse who took me back to the PA to the Doctor and back to the front desk this is a model for health care!
