Great experience and bedside manner.
Dr. Tao always seemed to take all of the time needed to explain what was going to be done and answer any questions that I had. He never seemed to be rushed and was willing to go the extra mile. The experience was very good and I would recommend others to Dr Tao.

Dr. Toa is very straight forward with me and to the point. overall very pleased. All post surgery rehab went as expected and shoulder is getting strong and stable.

Excellent outcome from surgery on anticipated time line of recovery.
A fantastic doctor. I was originally diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff but during surgery was found to also have a bone spur and frozen shoulder. I awoke in intense pain for only about five seconds and was immediately put back to sleep. My family was unable to see me for two hours until my pain was under control. When I awoke to return home the pain was manageable and my at home recovery following surgery required far less pain medication than anticipated. I was told my recovery period would be about three months at it was exactly on target. I would recommend Dr. Tao for any additional problems. I chose him because we had also had success with my daughter who is an athlete.

Very pleased with my experience!
I came in with tendonitis in my right hand having alot of pain and not able to use my hand much at all. I had steriod injections that did help with the pain but it just kept going back to not being able to use it and the pain would return within a month of having an injection, after about a year of trying other methods Dr. Tao decided I was a good candaitate for surgery, I underwent tendon release surgery the beginning of April 2019 and now at 6wks post op my hand doesn't hurt anymore and seems to be healing wonderful. I would highly recommend this surgery and Dr. Tao to anyone as I have never had anything like this done before he made me feel very comfortable and done a wonderful job on my hand surgery, I am very happy with my results.

Rotator Cuff Repair
Came to Scott Ortho - Dr. Tao after sustaining complete tear as well two partial tears in my right shoulder. He worked with my case manager to get my surgery scheduled and was always helpful in explaining rationale for his treatment decisions. Compared to other patients with similar injury and surgical interventions my recovery and treatment plan have far surpassed others. I would highly recommend Dr. Tao and his team for your ortho needs.
