Genuine Concern For Patient’s Welfare
Rita, Carolyn and Dr Hade provided Outstanding Care during my visit yesterday. Actually, it began prior to the visit when Rita returned my phone call and scheduled my first visit. Rita demonstrated such empathy and concern as I described my condition. Carolyn and Dr Hade were very thorough and took their time to listen and attend to my needs. I truly felt blessed to finally have someone show tenderness and empathy. So often, healthcare professionals can be totally desensitized regarding their patients.....but not in this case. Dr Hade was very knowledgeable and has been the only doctor who has spent significant time listening, evaluating and explaining my current condition. I wish I would have found this practice much sooner!!! I am very grateful to Dr Hayes and his entire staff for taking GREAT care of me!!!

Saw me on an urgent basis
Dr. Hade fit me into his busy schedule to help with an urgent eye condition. He spent a great deal of time with me, explained the condition and created a two-week treatment plan, calling in prescriptions to my pharmacy. As usual,
I felt confident in bis diagnosis and treatment and felt grateful for his kindness and attention.

Excellent customer service before, during, and after exam
Earlier in 2020 I decided I needed an eye doctor who had the ability to provide eyeglasses at the same location after the comprehensive exam to eliminate one extra trip. Hade eye care provides both services in a very accurate and timely fashion. They follow Covid-19 protocols to the letter to ensure patient safety and take their time listening to patient concerns before conducting a very through set of examinations. I am very happy with the overall experience and extremely pleased with the new eyeglasses that were purchased after the exam on the same day.

Friendly service!
I came in with a last minute appointment, and even though they were very busy they were very accommodating. The nurses and reception staff are wonderful and truly had my situation in mind as I waited, and Dr Hade was friendly and patient as he answered all my questions. I felt safe here, even with the covid situation in the state. I would highly recommend this practice to all my friends and family. Thank you for being awesome!

They are all terrific in the office and they are taking every precaution to keep us safe. Th Dr hade always spends all the time that I ne need.
Dr hade takes all the time and explains everything to me until I totally understand what he's saying. This means the world to me. The fact that the office is taking extra precautions to keep us all safe is something else I really appreciate. Everyone is so helpful!

Great service and nice personal.
Service desk took litter time with the paper work due missing information one’s resolve the rest of technical personnel ID and identified issues. Then Dr Hade discuss main findings after more and doble checking main issues, he finally wrote scrip and toll me about in-house services.

Dr. Hade and his staff are a cut above the rest. Timely appointments, kind and efficient desk staff and technicians. Dr.Hade has always explained any issues succinctly and is very detailed in his treatment plan. I have never felt rushed ..he answers all my questions. Most thorough exam I’ve ever had
