I was very discouraged when I went there and Dr. Zalvan really helped me.
I've had discomfort while speaking for years now and after following Dr. Zalvan's protocols I am already feeling better, after only 6 weeks of voice therapy and alkaline diet.

Finally an answer!
My 17 year old son is a distance runner. He was suddenly having trouble breathing during races. Pediatrician thought asthma but when inhalers and meds didn’t help, he referred us to a pulmonologist who referred us to Dr. Zalvan. Vocal chord disfunction, not asthma. Best part is there was a cure...diet, speech therapist, and nasal sprays for seasonal allergies. He’s back in action! Thank you, Dr. Zalvan!

Excellent patient care
Everyone in this office is very welcoming professional and friendly from the receptionist to the nurses and everyone in between. I have then coming to the sleepy Hollow ENT for 15 years. You will never find a better and more caring staff.

My first-time visit with Craig Zalvan, M.D. and I have decided to see him on a regular basis.
Dr. Craig Zalvan knew that I was incredibly apprehensive regarding him using his scope to look into my throat. I stated, "I don't know if I can do this" to which he replied, "I am going to do it. No worries." As promised, it worked out just fine. Zalvan is extremely thorough. He is going to perform an esophageal scope at the end of the month and is also sending me to Phelps for a barium test. This, in an effort to ensure that there are no unforeseen problems/issues. I am also a professional singer and he knows all of the ways to help me to keep my vocal chords in tip-top shape. I was so impressed by Dr. Zalvan, that I sent him an email after I arrived home from today's office visit. I thanked him for being so wonderful AND let him know that I am interested in having him evaluate me on a regular-basis. I am only 50 years old, but there IS a history of esophageal cancer in my family. I thank my mom Grace Hodge for referring me to this extraordinary physician. Thanks Dr. Zalvan!!
