meeting with dr. was great, but the office and waiting experience still needs improvement
I love Dr. C and know that she is very popular so there will always be some time spent waiting, but I have never spent less than 2 hours for any of my appointments (which usually last about 10-15 mins of time spent with the actual dr.).
If there's anything the office can do to make sure appointment times are more accurate, that would make a HUGE improvement in patient happiness.

Dr Chandrasekar is excellent
I have been seeing Dr. Chandrasekar for over 2 years for an inner ear disorder. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and excellent in practice. She is a great listener and addresses all of my concerns. My condition is well managed and in my opinion she is the best!

It was totally surprise experience with Dr. Chandrasekhar.
Well,
I never think that seeing a ENT Dr.was enjoyable as it could be.
I enjoyed her treatment stared for the moment I saw her until she said.. OK. you can GET OUT HERE!!!.
My ears definitely trust her fingers.
She perfectly explained to me the reason the nickname - alligator of the instrument she used cannot be changed to elephant or donkey.

Dr. Chandrasekhar Truly Cares
I have been seeing Dr. Chandrasekhar for a little over a year. During that time she has given me my life back. My Heath issues were reviewed by other doctors with no resolution and me losing all hope. Dr. Chandrasekhar changed that. She consistently shows she cares during all of my visits and explains everything in detail so my physical and emotional health is taken care. I’m truly blessed as is any patient who is under her care.

Fabulous doctor in every way
I have one criticism - not of the doctor. It's your telephone system. It totally misrepresents the doctors and the office. The repeated ads, over and over, the off-site answering with a baby screaming in the background as the person tries to act as if she's at the office. It sounds like a chintzy commercial operation. This could be a turn-off to a lot of patients. It's not who you are. Please change it.

A one of a kind MD
I’ve been a patient of hers for 11 months now . My diagnosis was a “complicated “ one, requiring two surgeries. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She takes the time to get to know you. She answers any and all questions in a manner that you can understand without putting you down in anyway. She relieves your fears. She is an exceptional doctor, one that I would never hesitate to recommend

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wait wasn't too long.
This was my first visit with Dr. Chandrasekhar and there was a lot of my health to cover. I am hoping she can help with my vestibular disabilities. I am having some tests done with a follow up visit.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Chandraseknar and she gave me reassurance I would ovovercome tinnitus.
Dr Chandrasekhar listened to me and my concerns . She spent time with me and explained different options to alleviate my tinnitus and eventually overcome my condition. She was warm and understanding and impressed me as a doctor that loves her profession and tries her best to service her patients. I would highly recommend Dr Chandrasekhar.

Never felt so heard
Dr. C was clear, thorough, empathetic and knowledgeable. She was night and day from my previous ENT and I felt I could completely trust her recommendation and course of action. I walked away feeling like I was heard (no pun intended) as a patient for the first time in a long, long time. I’m glad I came to her.
