Dr. C is very thorough. She’s kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I trust her treatment plan and she came highly recommended from another ENT Dr. and I highly recommend her as well! She is an excellent Dr.

Dr.Chandrasekhar really listens and tries to work out the best plan of care- she is just fantastic! She is one of the first ENTs who actually paid attention to what I was saying!

I have seen Dr. Chandrasekhar for several years and without exception every time I see her I have an extremely positive experience. Her expertise is of course appreciated, but her bedside manner and the way that she explains the treatment/problems is fantastic. I have never felt rushed, she really takes time to listen and address your concerns. I really can't imagine a better combination of skills. Absolutely recommend her!

Dr. Chandrasekhar was so nice and I felt like she really listened to me. She made me feel hope for symptom management and gave me things to try right away and suggested more testing to help figure out what might be wrong. I couldn’t be happier with the doctor I chose.

Had surgery with Dr. C to improve hearing loss I’ve dealt with my entire life. She thoroughly explains what she’s doing and has clearly demonstrated her expertise in this space. I felt completely safe during the procedure and felt heard on every visit. 10/10 would recommend if you’re dealing with hearing loss or just need a check up!

Dr. S. Chandrasekhar always greets me with a smile and listens to what I have to say. She is compassionate, describes what she is about to do and specks clearly. She is a skillful ENT physician and seems to be totally involved with the greeting me and doing her job.

This was my second visit to Dr. Chandrasekhar, and both times I waited an hour to be seen. The staff was not apologetic or helpful. There is something wrong with the office management when wait times are this long consistently. Not sure I would recommend this physician although she is totally qualified and pleasant.

Dr Chandrasekhar was a pro. Great people skills and really competent in helping me with tinnitus issue. Took the time to understand my situation and advise me. Looking forward to my follow up with her in 6 months.

I am 100% deaf since Jan 2020. Hopeful that will soon change with cochlear implant procedure less than 2 weeks ago by Dr C and her team. The doctor and her support staff have been supportive and helpful. I'm compelled to add- My deafness has been mitigated somewhat by a Google app called Google Transcribe which became available in March 2020. The app is quite good. Medical professionals were ALL very impressed with the capabilities. Problem is that the app requires strong Internet signal, preferably though fast WiFi access. The Wayne facility doesn't provide WiFi for patients and cell signal (Verizon) in the office is spotty. Conversation with Dr very challenging (not Dr fault). Patient Internet would be quite helpful. I've been a member of the deaf community for one year and have unfortunately seen how underserved this community is. Apologies for using this to assist this minority segment of population who are so deeply underserved. Try relying on cc you'll see how bad it is.
