I LOVE how my face/forehead looks after filler with Bellafill
I have always been concerned with the appearance of my forehead. Dr. Roska took the time to explain to me my options and chose to have Bellafill filler to fill and contour my forehead. I am so glad that I was able to do this and I LOVE my results. Thank you so much!

Fantastic!
Dr Roska was fantastic with my son. He did a great job working with my son and the office staff was great as well. My son had nasal endoscopy with cautery for nose bleeds. Pre op, surgery and post op were a breeze.

Excellent Intense Pulsed Light/IPL results
I love being out in the NC sun, but it has been taking its tool on my skin with discolored areas. I am so glad that I was able to see Dr. Roska for IPL treatments to clear up my sun damaged skin and wind back the hands of time. The team at Onslow ENT was great!

Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff
Staff was always very kind, and Dr. Roska was knowledgeable and helpful. Some frustration with scheduling and miscommunication with dates, but office was always nice and tried to work it out as best as possible.

Great experience

Awesome CO2 LASER treatment for my facial acne and scarring!
I have struggled with difficult to manage cystic acne which also causes a lot of scarring of my face over the years which has affected my self-esteem/self-confidence. Dr. Roska was able to perform a CO2 LASER treatment of my face which really helped improve the overall condition of my skin, improved areas of acne scarring, and decreased my acne overall. Thank you so much!

Dr Roska is an outstanding provider with optimal results and migraine relief. .
I have been a patient of Dr. Roska since he started with Onslow ENT. His knowledge and professionalism are outstanding. Everyone in the office is congenial and professional. I have had migraines for many years and have taken migraine relief medication however, the migraines would always continue. The migraine true relief is the migraine management Botox and with Dr. Roska. He listens to my reported symptoms every visit and acknowledges that they do change and addresses and treats them as needed. Dr. Roska is an exceptional ENT and I will continue being his patient. Thank you Dr. Roska and Onslow ENT staff for migraine management and relief!

Caring and thoughtful
Dr. Roska took the time and cared about my concerns with my face. Made sure I was comfortable during the CO2 laser procedure and mole and cyst removal. During the after care he always made sure I was doing okay.

Overall great experience
From initial visit to post-op, Dr Roska was very thorough, kind and courteous, and had enthusiastic and patient interaction with my young daughter. My husband and I were very frustrated that her surgery was cancelled on her original surgery date after being admitted and given IV due to the doctor learning that she had been having some stomach issues. We felt it best to proceed under the recommendation of her GI doctor, but Dr. Roska was not comfortable doing so. We only wished there had been more thorough investigation into other health concerns prior to surgery date if this was going to cause complications. However, her surgery was rescheduled as quickly as possible. Ultimately, Dr. Roska is an excellent ENT doctor. He was thorough with all explanations and questions. He has great bedside manner with children and was always a pleasure to speak with. My daughter's surgery and follow on care went smoothly, and we are happy with the results.

Forehead Lipoma
From the moment i first stepped foot in the office, Dr. Roska and his staff have been nothing short of amazing! They are very professional and offer great service. He is very genuine and listens to your problems to find out the best solution. He performed my surgery to remove a lipoma on my forehead. My surgery was successful, and he did an amazing job cosmetically. He was able to make the incision blend in with the normal crease on my forehead. I would definitely recommend this doctor and his staff to anyone; you will not be dissappointed>

BEST DOCTOR YOU CAN HAVE!!!!!
Dr. Roska actually takes the time to listen to what you have to say; he's not like 99% of other Dr's that are so full of themselves that they don't care to listen to whats happening with YOUR body. Very clear with risks, details of surgery, and post-care. His staff is also extremely friendly and willing to help with whatever you need while in the office. Again, Dr. Roska is the best Dr. I've had across 3 continents and I would gladly travel across the US to come back for any other ENT needs.

Attentive, kind, extremely skilled Doctor that stands out in his field!!!
Amazing doctor! referred by an Endocrinologist for a lump on my throat, Dr. Roska was attentive and answered all my questions! Even explained in detail a little more about how the lump came to be! He is very good at what he does. Very kind, gentle and caring, always makes sure you are comfortable with everything and makes sure you understand everything about the procedure, recovery and what to expect! I hope I dont have to come back, but if I do need anything ENT related, I will most certainly request Dr. Roska!!

Perfect
I came to Dr. Roska with a great problem in my life of not being able to breathe correctly for very long time. Him and his staff worked with me throughout the whole process from first visit, to dealing with insurance and finally to my surgery date. The care i received there and after was so amazing by him and his staff. I am so happy with how i am able to live now with not breathing problems in the way day or night.
