Best Medical Care I've Received
From the first appointment I attended, Dr. Roska and his staff listened to my complaints and came up with action plans to make sure that I would start to feel better. After trying plans to help, we decided a tonsillectomy was the best choice for my ongoing and repetitive symptoms. Dr. Roska is extremely knowledgeable in his practice and explained to me the process of the surgery and how recovery would feel. Sure, recovering from this tonsillectomy was by far the worst pain I had ever dealt with, it's been a few weeks postop and I am feeling a million times better. During recovery, Dr. Roska's staff would call to check on me and when I was having a really hard time dealing with recovery, Cheryl was such a rockstar and helped me make sure that someone called me back when I needed them to. I definitely appreciate the extra care they gave me and the effort and energy they provided for me to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be while I healed. I highly recommend them!

Excellent care and would absolutely recommend!!
Wonderful bedside manner!!! I felt as though I was listened to and treated accordingly. Office staff have been more than helpful. They even called another provider to let them know I was running late, but on the way. I suffered with ear drainage for months before seeing Dr Roska. My problem was treated on visit one!!

Fantastic and comfortable
At all times I felt comfortable and well informed. He always took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He also went above and beyond by checking my throat when I only came in for my ear and caught a huge problem with my throat that the ER missed.

zero pain
my experience with dr. david roska do was extremely satisfying from referral visit to post op follow up. after surgery and during recovery i had zero pain. that was the most satisfying factor to consider and along with the ability to breath more freely and not feel like i'm congested as i was the last 10-15 years. glad i considered to have this done.

every body is super friendly and attentive
Dr Roska and his team are always very attentive . I always come in with a picture or some craziness of something ive found coming out of my sons ears and they listen to everything i have to say. They always seem eager to give the best care which definitely helps calm my mama heart.

I have to give a little background before I can give any insight in regards to my experience. Keeping it short, I have suffered my entire life with sinus symptoms with no one willing to look into my issues. Dr. Roska gave that ear that I needed and now I am well on my way to feeling overall better. With that being said thus far, my experience has been outstanding. Thank you to him and his team.

I can breathe again!
Dr. Roska and his staff are excellent! I suffered from nasal issues for most of my life until now. He did Revision Septorhinoplasy , Ballooon Sinuplasy, and the Clarifix procedure. I can breathe freely now and no longer snore. I would highly recommend his services to family and friends in a heartbeat!!

Quick and accurate diagnosis.
Dr. Roska was amazing. We had seen a few different physicians in this journey, where his tonsils and adenoids had already been removed. Once they grew back a doctor tried medication to hold them off and avoid another surgery, that didn't work so we saw Dr. Roska. He quickly diagnosed him and scheduled him for surgery. My son felt comfortable and never felt scared. Follow ups have been quick and thorough. We are very pleased with the care that we have received in the Onslow Ear Nose and Throat office.

Excellent experience, I felt positive through the whole procedure.
Dr. Roska and his staff answered any and all questions I had before and after my daughters surgery. They were very helpful and explained anything I did not understand. I felt reassured everything was going to be good before and after. Not only did I follow up they did as well. I would refer anyone needing the same services.

Dr. Roska was very thorough and helped me understand the diagnosis, treatment,. The procedure was uncomfortable, but bearable, and the dr and staff were wonderful.
It was terrific. I have dealt with my issues for 10 years and seen several doctors. Dr. Roska was the first doctor to take me seriously and look further into the issues and he found the problem. He explained the problem, the solutions, and the results of each. The procedure was lengthy and uncomfortable at times, but nothing horrible. The results are fantastic. I can hear, I don't have pain, and no more headaches. Who could ask for more than that. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Roska and his staff to others. Thank you

The Best of the Best
I reached out to Dr. Roska in 2017 when I was having a number of different issues to include my allergies, sinuses, and the most concerning for me, difficulty swallowing. Dr. Roska performed a septorhinoplasty in June 2018 which diminished almost all of my sinus issues. Alhough my sinuses were clearing up, I was still having many run-ins with strep & acute tonsillitis. I was hopeful my tonsils and the constant inflammation could be the cause to my difficulty swallowing. During a scope, Dr. Roska recognized that the base of my tongue could possibly be causing what I had been describing to him. Dr. Roska stayed persistent and as hopeful as me in this process. I went back into the OR with him in February 2020 for a tonsillectomy & lingual tonsillectomy. I am a month post-op and I am swallowing at what I would say is back to normal swallowing 85% of the time. Dr. Roska listens, cares, and has been a blessing to my life. I am forever grateful for the way he has put my health back on track!

Fantastic outcome. Better than expected.
My bilateral baloonplasty for my chronic eustacian tube dysfunction exceeded my expectations. After having issues for decades, I can clear my ears in a normal fashion. My dizziness is gone and my hearing has improved. I would recommend this procedure and my provider, Dr David Roska, very highly to anyone with similar eustacian tube disorders.

Exceeded expectations
Overall experience was pleasant. Staff was fantastic. Explained everything very well. Answered any questions I had. Made myself and daughter feel comfortable with the procedure. Staff contacted me after the surgery to ensure everything was going well. They genuinely cared for the recovery portion of the surgery. Overall I am very pleased with the whole entire process. AMAZING!!
My 7 YEAR OLD loves Dr. Roska! First appointment prior to tonsil removal my son was of course nervous! Dr. Roska eased his mind and most importantly made my son and I feel super comfortable. My sons surgery went well as expected and he recovered rapidly under the guidelines Dr. Roska set. From the first appointment, through actual surgery day, and follow up ALL questions and/or concerns were answered. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend
I highly recommend doing an in house procedure opposed to hospital surgery. His staff was great, they explain the procedures to you beforehand. It was as simple as a dentist visit, in and out in about hour. Dr. Roska was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what to expect and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Using local anesthetics I didnt feel a thing and was able to drive home and go about my day as opposed to the alternative.

Unmatched Professionalism
Dr. Roska and staff made sure as parents who had never been through this process that we understood the before, during, and after of the procedure. They answered every question we had and made sure my son was comfortable as possible throughout the entire process.
