It was a very trusting and reassuring enviorment
Dr.Roska and his team were very reassuring with the procedure and give me time to ask all questions . They did not go through the procedure without explaining anything were doing or what they were going to do . I do highly recommend they were very knowledgeable with the procedure we had done with our son we greatly appreciate their work .

Great job preparing me for surgery.
Extensive initial visit. Dr. Roska explained what he felt needed to be done and asked for my input. When surgery day came, I felt I was fully prepared which put my anxiety issues at rest.
I would highly recommend Dr. Roska and staff to anyone with ENT issues. He is sincerely interested in you medical well being and eager improve your health. His staff is also very compassionate and friendly.

Life Changing
This surgery was none the less life changing, suffering with enlarged tonsils and adenoids my whole life and no one wanting to the take the time to help me out was frustrating. Dr. Roska took the time from day one to do everything he could to get me the relief I needed. The decision to go forward with this surgery was the best one I could of ever made. Dr. Roska was beside me the whole time, answering any question I needed and taking the time to hear my concerns and providing clear explanations. Highly recommend!

I would recommend coming to Dr. Roska for multiple reasons. Not only are the staff wonderful and friendly but also explain step by step what they are doing and what we are to expect. By far top 3 we have been to over our families many trips to doctors.

Extremely satisfied with results
From start to finish Dr. Roska has been thoroughly informative with why i needed a septoplasty and functional rhinoplasty. He explained every step, how it was going to be preformed and how I should expect to feel post op. My recovery was smooth and my results are amazing. I am breathing better then i ever have and feel better now that i can breathe without nasal obstruction. I would and do recommend Dr. Roska to everyone that needs an E.N.T doctor!

Awesome Doctor
My grand daughter went to see Dr. Roska with enlarged tonsils. He scheduled surgery to remove her tonsils and adnoids. He takes the time to explain every detail and makes sure you have no other questions. The surgery went great and Dr. Roska and his staff took such good care of Kyndra. They made the whole experience pleasant. I would recommend Dr. Roska to anyone needing his specialties. You will love him and his staff.

My confidence is back!
Dr. Roska is one of the most patient and caring docs i've met. He is all about what is best and what i think is best. Not about his pockets. I talked about cool sculpting to remove a keloid and he helped me research both options so that i have a better understanding of both and the pros and cons and told me to think on it rather than have him do surgery. I am always happy to come to his office. Everyone is super nice and you can tell that they're happy for my process because i get nothing but smiles and asking about my well being and recovery when i arrive. The procedure came out way better than expected. It was my first surgery and i have no regrets. He really did push the envelope on how perfect he would like my ear to be when this is all over. I am more confident now and can wear my hair up!

Great Experience
Referred to the ENT office, scheduled within a week. Provider knew the problem immediately and took good care of my daughter. She had surgery and we had concerns after but we were able to be seen as a walk in and my mind was cleared. Friendly staff, the provider was great to the patient and her brother, and the office was flexible with scheduling. Very happy with our experience.

Caring and thoughtful
My experience was better than i have ever had with a provider of any kind. Dr. Roska cared about how i was feeling and he did his best to make the process fast and easy for me and my family. After having my tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, his team as well as him checked on me and made sure my recovery was going in the right direction. With my Post op appointments, his team and himself made sure I was healing properly and feeling better.

My experience here at Jacksonville, NC's ENT was amazing!!!
At our first appointment, Dr. Roska helped confirm my concerns with my daughter and made plans to correct what was going on with her. He determined that she needed an Adenoidectomy, tonsilectomy, nasal turbin reduction and blood vessel cauterization to help with her frequent nose bleeds. Although he knew these things needed to be done, he still made me part of the decision process and didn't force any procedure upon us. He definitely made us feel comfortable and confident in what was being done. He did amazing on the procedure and was amazing with my daughter. I'd recommend this office and Dr. Roska a million times over!! Super appreciative of him and his amazing staff.

Third time is truly a charm!
Dr. Roska and his team is the 3rd ENT office my son has seen within his 4 years of life. Dr. Roska and his team listened and truly comprehended all of my concerns for my son, they didn't just brush them off as mundane concerns. They came up with an amazing surgery plan for my son, executed the surgery with precision and care and gave my son amazing after care help. He truly will be able to succeed with his hearing and speech because of Dr. Roska and his team.

Best Doctor in Onslow County
I had forehead surgery by Dr David Roska, who did a wonderful job, leaving such a minimal scar that one can hardly notice. So impressed was I by Dr. Roska and his staff that I move all my ENT records to his office and now consider him my go-to doctor for those needs. The first thing you will notice about Dr Roska is his empathy for his patients, listening carefully to their concerns/issues, and devising a plan to help. The next thing you will notice is his courteous interaction with his staff, always pleasant and respectful. This really got my attention, as I am used to doctors treating their staffs in a somewhat condescending and arrogant manner. I said to myself, if he treats his staff that respectful, he will certainly treat his patients equally as well. I was right. A++ wonderful total experience
Interactions with Onslow ENT were top notch each and every visit, from pre-surgical to multiple post-op follow-ups. Dr. Roska got me into surgery at my preference, and he ALWAYS took time to listen to any concerns and explain everything. I was definitely a contributor in my care. He was thoughtful about my satisfaction for aesthetics after the surgery. Scarring was minimal and he provided measures to reduce the scarring even more.
I am happy with my experience with Onslow ENT. The staff is always courteous. I recommend them highly.

I can breathe through my nose after 20 years of waiting
Doctor Roska found the problem with my nose and helped me so that i could breathe through my nose again after I broke it when I was 5, that was 20 years ago. I was nervous about getting put under but Dr. Roska and the amazing surgicare team put me at ease. I woke up after surgery with no pain and I didn't even have post op pain. The follow up care has been amazing as well. I could not recommend this office, Dr. Roska, or the amazing staff enough.

Rhinoplasty
Before having this surgery I had difficulties sleeping and breathing. I was a heavy snorer. Post surgery, I wish I had done it sooner. I have been able to breathe and sleep better than I ever have my entire life.

Sinus, Ear & Nasal passage all fixed in one day
Over all the experience was beyond amazing. I can breath better than I ever have in my life. Polyps where removed reconstructive nasal passage surgery was a success. I can hear better. I mean what better care can you ask for Dr. Roska and his team have been amazing since day one. Exceeded my expectations just over all good what more can I say. Thank you all so much.

Two surgeries and all is well!
I had both a rhinoplasty and sinus surgery (including removal of polyps). The experience with Dr. Roska, his staff, and Onslow Memorial Hospital went very well and exceeded my expectations. My air flow has improved significantly (more than 50% better) and my constant sinus issues (nose bleeds, congestion, bad breath) have virtually disappeared.

My Awesome Experience
My Little girl had a time with ear infections and being sick all the time for 8 months straight went from doctor to doctor to I brought her here. To Dr Roska the staff made you feel welcome from day one of waling in to his office . Dr Roska

Had problems hearing out of both ears. After a very thorough exam found a infection in my adenoids. A round of antibiotics and all is well again. Great experience.
