Entire staff was friendly, efficient and professional. From the audiologist to to staff who ushered me into the exam room.
Dr. Wirtshafter took her time with me, explained the results of my tests, explained my options to me and told me about follow-up procedures. Couldn't have asked for more.

She listened to all my concerns/questions and was patient with my fidgety and anxious child. She did not rush to a conclusion without considering the all the facts and did not try to answer questions outside of her professional field.

Severe throat problem
Very clear explanation by doctor about issue and detailed information for treatment, and follow up. Also, helpful literature provided by doctor to know more about mechanism of action based on the treatment and prescribed product to get relief from the problem.

It was lovely to see Dr. Wirtshafter; my last visit was ten years ago.
I was very comfortable with Dr. Wirtshafter; she is so knowledgeable and pleasant. It was so nice looking at all of her "Honorary Degrees" while waiting in her office.
