Was very unhappy about waiting 45 minutes for our appointment that we arrived early for and completed the forms online in advance very frustrating!
Dr. Wirtshafter is great, have been her patient for many years but very frustrated by the poor scheduling, I also tried to call to see if the Dr. was running late and was not able to get through after several tries, the prompts kept redirecting and I was never able to speak to someone

With Doctor - excellent!
Dr Wirtshafter is excellent. The front desk staff, audiologist and checkout were great too, although the wait was approaching an hour. The contact center, which we are forced to use, and the patient portal are dreadful. I tried three times with three different agents to have my pre-appointment forms loaded to my patient portal (per the email invite received after booking my appointment online) and all of them failed. Not their fault, just antique systems with very poor user experience design and inadequate back end platform. Once in the office - great. Getting there - have experienced way better from smaller practices. Please give all patients the number to call the office direct and avoid the contact center.
