Wonderful and informative !
Dr. Wirtshafter is an excellent doctor who makes you feel very comfortable. She listens and answers all of your questions. She provides you with a diagnosis and recommends several options to help with your condition. It it is clear when you leave that you know when a follow up appointment would be due for a checkup. I highly recommend this ENT office when a specialist is needed. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Detailed, to the point, truthful and thorough.
Staff pleasant, clean pleasant office, doctor explained everything and answers all questions in detail and what future can bring. Only drawback is she’s out the door but stopped and closed door to answer questions I had not finished asking. I was satisfied and must be patient with healing.

Dr removed wax from both ears
Dr W was gentle removing the ear wax. She discussed hearing aids & accumulating ear wax. Suggested a yearly visit for ear check. I agreed.

Overall satisfying visit
The office was clean and bright, offering welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist was friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Wirtshafter was a kind person who listen to patient patiently and provide professional skills when inspecting my ears. Doctor of audiology was a fair lady who led me through the audiology test with exceptional hospitality. I’ll visit once a year to clean and inspect my ears in the future.
