Trusted Surgeon
I have had a few procedures with Dr. Marefat. He is honest and straightforward in his assessments and has a calming presence. Not only does he have a great personality and bedside manner, but he also does beautiful work. I've traveled across the country to see him because I trust his expertise and insight. Both he and his sister Roya, who is his office manager, consistently go above and beyond for patient care. Together they run the practice with kindness, gentleness, and compassion.

Exceptional results...
I had the unfortunate incident of experiencing a fingertip avulsion, which is a complete amputation of a portion on the finger. Emergency treatment sealed the wound and provided a referral to Dr. Marefat to see what would be viable in terms of cosmetic repair.
Upon arriving at the office, I was greeted cordially and had the opportunity to discuss the pending procedure.
Dr. Marefat performed the graft masterfully...my finger is a normal digit with a healthy nail bed and full function.

Excellent service
Dr. Marefat is my go to plastic surgeon! He has done my nose, liposuction, and butt augmentation. I love his wonderful work and honesty. I’ve been going to him for years and I cannot be more grateful for what he has done for me. I highly recommend going to him for anything. He is truly a professional artist and his staff is wonderful.

Breast reconstruction after mastectomy

Amazing, patient doctor - fabulous results
I have come to Dr. Marefat several times over the years. I have had a corrective breast lift (mastopexy) and augmentation, liposuction on my outer thighs and stomach, tissue fillers on my face, and botox. He is amazing. He has the most wonderful bedside manner. Discussing cosmetic surgery with doctors made me feel incredibly vulnerable but he made me feel so comfortable and he was completely non-judgmental, compared to other doctors I visited for consultations. My results are fabulous. I had previous breast implants by another doctor removed and Dr. M corrected a bad capsular contracture before performing a breast lift with new implants. Several years later, I have not had any problems and they still look great. The liposuction looked natural and smoothed out my curves exactly the way I was hoping, with a beautiful result. He is like a magician with fillers! I can't believe what a smooth, even, rejuvenated result I got, and I love it. Dr. M is the best. I highly recommend him!

Liposuction
This is a second time that I am doing cosmetic surgery with Dr. Marefat. I was referred to him by one of my friend who also did cosmetic surgery with him. I am so happy with the result. He is so patience and caring. He walked me through all the steps and explained every thing very well before my liposuction surgery. As he told me my recovery just took 6 days and I was back to work 6 days after surgery with no problem at all. I would highly recommend Dr.Marefat.

Dr. Marefat attended to medical needs thoroughly.
Dr. Marefat was very satisfactory. I appreciate his attentiveness to my injury. He explained the injury after viewing xrays, diagnosed and explained further care. Follow up visit was quick and I was given the approval to return to work. Dr. Marefat provided me with thorough, professional and immediate care to make sure that my injury healed. Customer service was great as well.

Liposuction and fat injection
I had an excellent result with the last treatment of liposuction on my chin and fat injection, I really happy with it and also Dr, Marefat is the number one plastic surgeon with amazing knowledge. I strongly recommend him as the best surgeon.

I can't say enough good about this experience
Dr. Marefat took his time to carefully examine me and make suggestions. He explained the procedures in detail in terms of the surgery, expected results and recovery times.
It is immediately apparent that he is leans on the conservative side yet is up to date on the latest most effective and least invasive procedures.
With a few well-placed fat injections, a decade of aging disappeared from my face. Buttock fat grafting and a breast lift transformed my body in ways I couldn't have imagined.

liposuction and brazilan butt lift
My experience here with Dr. Marefat was nothing short of amazing. I had liposuction of my thighs and a brazilian butt lift done which has changed my life overall in many different ways. I am a lot more confident now. My experience with Dr. Marefat and the entire staff was very smooth from planning and scheduling the surgery to during and after surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Marefat and his team.

My experience with Dr. Marefat was beyond what I expected. I required a complete abdominoplasty to include umbilical hernia repair and Diastatsis recti repair. Dr. Marefat took the time to communicate the good and the bad of a serious procedure as mine. To include educating me and constantly following up with me post surgery. Empathetic, professional, and attentive.

He is such a good surgeon. Loved his skill
He is an exceptional and professional surgeon. My experience with his plastic surgery was for breast lift and tissue fillers, and browlift. His bed side manner, his skill, his approach is exceptional.. I am extremely pleased with my result. I saw him in Falls church office and was impressed with his thoroughness. I would not go to any other surgeon for plastic surgery.

Dr. Marefat fixed my elbow after a bad bike crash
After a collision with a car while I was riding my bike, I was left with a very ugly keloid scar on my left elbow. I had fallen from my bike and sustained injuries before, even scars, but nothing this bad. I was referred to Dr. Marefat after doing some online research. His previous positive reviews convinced me to get a consultation. Since then, I couldn't have imagined that my scar would be as improved as it had been. Two simple treatments from Dr. Marefat and my scar has reduced greatly.

Fantastic service
I had a finger abrasion and I went to Dr.Saeed. He suggested to me to wait until my finger will get healed by itself otherwise he was planning to do a surgery. Hopefully my finger got healed by itself and Dr.Saeed was right.

Best reconstructive surgeon
I had another doctor botch my lips. Dr. Marefat took the time to fix them little by little through a variety of techniques. They now look completely normal! I am also very pleased with the additional procedures I trusted him to do including fat grafting and lipo suction.

Upper Blepharoplasty eyelid surgery highly recommended!!
I had upper Blepharoplasty eyelid surgery with Dr. Marafat and very pleased with the results and care. Very simple procedure and within a week back to work. The procedure has literally erased 10 years off of my appearance.

Dr Marefat is a very down to earth Doctor that has been practicing for so many years. he listened to my concerns and made sure all my questions were answered accurately. He even gave me his cell phone number to text or call him at any time. The staff is very friendly. My overall experience was wonderful and i will recommend anybody to him. I look and feel great!
