Keloid scar revision after reconstructive shoulder surgery and thyroidectomy.
I had two large, red, raised keloid scars following a reconstructive shoulder surgery and a thyroidectomy. The scar on my shoulder was so painful that I didn't want to have clothing or a purse strap even touch it. Dr. Marafet incised the entire scar and re-stitched the skin so carefully that no keloid reformed and the scar is barely visible following some kenlog injections. He talked to me during the entire procedure and delicately put in hundreds of stitches to hide the scar in the folds of my skin. After a series of kenlog injections in the scar on my neck, it is also barely visible. It's such a blessing to not have people notice my scars when I am wearing professional clothing and have to engage in a discussion about why the scars are present. Thanks Dr. Marefat!

Dr. Marefat is a very professional doctor. He takes his time and explains the procedure and made the experience very comfortable. Not only is he a excellent doctor and exceptional at his craft he is an artist and always provides me with excellent results. I have to relate one experience when I wanted tissue filler and Dr. Marefat stated it wasn't a good idea, that it would not look natural. He was right! I have had surgery with him and I know I can trust that he wants me to look my best.

Dr. Marefat's team is very helpful and friendly, they do just about anything they can to get you the information you need to make a decision. The results... I no longer have the love handles I hate.

Dr. Marafat has been wonderful at understanding my needs, and his work goes beyond my expectations.
Dr. Marafat has done breast augmentation and facial rejuvenation procedures. He takes his time, he keeps records, he is consistently perfecting his work, and my face. i highly recommend him over quite a few professionals I have consulted with. Next is a thigh lift.

Marefat took 10 years off my face and restored my confidence in one appointment for botox/fillers
He spent a long time assessing my face and making suggestions before we did the fillers and botox. Dr. Marefat is a perfectionist and does brilliant work, I also appreciated that he worked within my budget. I've had fillers and Botox all over town and nothing comes close to how good my results were from Dr. Marefat. Highly recommended!

I have come to Dr. Marefat for several procedures and consultations. My latest involved an upper eyelid surgery to address both appearance and vision issues. The 1.5 hour procedure was handled flawlessly, without pain. The surgery Recovery was very swift and there are no visible scars. I am completely satisfied with the results. He is also a doctor who is sympathetic, reassuring, and easy to talk to. He is accessible and answers every question. He and his capable staff have my strongest endorsement.

Breast Augmentation and Secondary Rhinoplasty
Dr. Marefat is a superb surgeon. I love my results. Both surgeries gave me a boost of confidence. A very caring and talented surgeon with an excellent bedside manner.
The staff was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was very nervous for my procedure, but Dr. Marefat and his staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door until I left following surgery. He is, by far, the most caring physician I have ever had.
