I had a forehead vein excision about two years ago at the Arlington location.
I was very pleased with the result. Before the surgery my forehead veins were very pronounced and visible, especially after rigorous exercise. Dr. Marefat removed the veins (in-office procedure) and a couple weeks later removed the stitches. Within a month the tiny scars from the incisions had faded significantly, and eventually they disappeared. My mother and sisters, who were aware of my procedure, were pretty much blown away by my appearance after the surgery.

wound closure on spine
fantastic. I needed wound closure after an infection. I was in quite a bit of pain and very scared and he made me feel very cared for and confident that everything would be ok.

Seen For Scar Revision
Had a hole from a piercing on my cheek so I came to see if they can help me get rid of it. I chose scar revision from a few options they gave me. The cost wasn't too much and the result came out very well. It took out the hole out completely so I'm satisfied.

Earlobe repair surgery was quick and professional!
My experience with Dr. Marefat was nothing but pleasant. I was scheduled for an appointment just one week from my first call to his office. The diagnosis/surgery was preformed the same day and was essentially painless. The repair was done perfectly and healing process was quick and easy. On top of that, she surgery was relatively inexpensive. His assistant Roya is a pleasure to work with as well! I would recommend this office to anyone in need of cosmetic surgery.

I had a great experience with Dr. Marefat. He worked on my post mastectomy issues.
Dr. Marefat did an amazing job with correcting my post mastectomy issues. I am really happy with the breast reconstruction procedure and fat grafting to the breast he has done. I went to see him in Arlington, VA and I had the procedure done at the INOVA Alexandria Hospital.
Dr. Marefat is so professional and passionate about what he does and he cares about his patients.
The office personal were really nice and helpful. They were so patient with working with my insurance company on the extensive documentation that was needed to get the pre-authorization to proceed with my surgery.
I highly recommend Dr. Marefat.

Botox and Filler
Great experience! Dr. Marefat knew exactly what I needed to do in order to feel younger. We had the same ideas and he was able to add his own ideas which I also agreed with. Botox for teeth grinding/TMJ I highly recommend as well.

Fantastic experience...Dr Marefat was calming and informative. I left feeling really positive about my self!
I saw Dr Marefat to discuss the 60 year old bags under my eyes and drooping eyelids. He took a look and in great detail walked me through his vision for my future self (look). By the end of our visit, I felt really great that I'd decided to meet with Dr Marefat and I am very excited about the possibility of looking and FEELING younger!!!

Dr. Marefat is very professional and takes the time out to discuss your procedure in great detail. He answers all question and concerns during after and at followup appointments
Dr, Marefat took the time to prepare me for my procedure and during follow up visits he listened to my areas of concerns were minor revisions were needed. Fat grafting was successful for the most part but there are areas that I would like to have more fat grafting. He explained that there is a percentage of fat that will not take. Dr. Marifat is willing to make the minor revisions and is very concerned about my overall results and is anxious to do the minor revisions. Over all i am happy with results. he removed alot of fat and my body looks great. i have fuller hips and buttocks and my stomach and back fat was removed leaving me with a nice curvy shape. I am very pleased about that. I highly recommend Dr. Marefat.

Tissue Filler - First time
I got my juvaderm injections by Dr. Marefat in Arlington. It was my first time getting anything done.
I was anxious about taking that first leap. But I am so happy with the results. My lips look natural, feel natural, and I am as confident as ever!

Excellent Job, Superb Results!
Came in for gynecomastia surgery. THis was my second surgery, I had surgery done at a different practice that did not do a good job. I came here and Dr. Marefat did an EXCELLENT job with my procedure, the results are amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctor is fantastic. Thanks!

Breast Reconstruction Revision
14 years ago, I worked with Dr. Marefat to correct my deviated septum and bulbous nose. 6 years later I went through breast cancer treatment in a different state but want Dr. Marefat to remove my implants and do a fat grafting procedure instead so I feel more natural. He remembered me right away from 14 years ago and follows my life unfolding on facebook. I really appreciated that so much and know I am in very capable hands. I always remembered he was first an artist and love all his paintings hanging in the office.

Thrilling experience and result
My first consultation was at the Woodbridge location, and every other appointment was in Arlington. Dr. Marefat and his entire staff were fantastic. Consultation with Dr. Marefat
Have been to Dr. Marefat twice before for various procedures but came back today for a consultation about lip plumping. He presented me with all options and offered alternatives based upon my situations. As always, everyone in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Will be back again for a third time!

Hand surgery
Dr Marefat operated on a finger on my left hand and I cannot see any kind of scar now, after twenty-three years, nor could I after the operation. I have recommended him many times and will continue to do so.

Scar Revision
I had my scar revision on there Arlington location and Dr. Marefat was great. He took care of me and gave me options on what I can do with my kiloids on my chest and decided to go with the scar revision. Wonderful staff and I highly recommend.
