Great!
Wonderful bedside manner. Never rushes the visit. Also, always happy to respond to concerns over phone/text. But wait times can be inconsistent. The key is to take first appointment after lunch.

Take your babies here!
Awesome doctor for my children. Wish they would ditch the toys up front because sick kids touch them and then my babies do at their check up appointments. Doctor Ward always has time for "her babies".

Best Doc Ever!
We have been with Dr. Ward since the birth of our little boy. We loved her so much that we commute from Williamsburg so we can see her. She is our son's primary doctor.

Tongue tie clipping for newborn
Dr Ward discharged us from the hospital and was very thorough. We noticed my son had a tongue tie and decided we should have it clipped. Before the quick procedure, Dr Ward fully explained the process, benefits and (minimal) risks. It literally took seconds to do and I was breastfeeding my son in her office within five minutes. I'd 100% recommend Dr Ward for those looking to clip a tongue tie. She super chill yet very upfront and we will definitely be coming back.

Excellent service in the office, doctor is super friendly and helpful!
The office receptionist was very efficient and attentive. The doctor saw us soon after we arrived and was extremely nice, had good bedside manner, and was very thorough in her explanation of the diagnosis and plan of action.

The most exceptional pediatrician/ diagnostician/ bedside manner, I have ever experienced
Dr Ward really cares about the health and well being of her patients. She is kind, patient, listens, talks directly to the children in an age appropriate way and works with both patient and parent to gather all information necessary to make a clear diagnosis and proper treatment.
She is exceptional!
