Knowledgeable, approachable, patient expert in his field
Dr. Jourdy is an expert in his field and was kind enough to explain everything about my condition in a helpful and easy to understand manner. In my first visit he gave me literally every approach that we could try - much more than other ENTs that I have seen previously. In the follow up a few months later, he again made me feel heard, gave me updates in what is happening in the clinical trial area of anosmia (non-covid related) and was empathatic to the condition. I would absolutely recommend him and the entire practice which is run in an efficient and professional manner.

Very thorough.
I had a little wait to see the Doctor but it was worth it. Dr. Jourdy was courteous and professional and explained the procedure clearly. I felt comfortable.

Absolutely the best doctor anyone could ever ask for
Dr Jourdy is very thorough very caring his bedside manner it’s absolutely the best. Takes time to explain everything that is going on and never rushes you out the door. I absolutely enjoy going to see him and look forward to using his services should I need them in the future. Please do yourself and family a favor and see Dr Jourdy if you or anyone you know is suffering with any ENT issues. His staff is also top-notch!

He's always so extremely thorough, happy to share information, answers all questions and he's a great listener. He also happens to have a great sense of humor, which can be a rare trait among doctors. I consider myself very lucky to have found him.

Excellent care
Dr. Jourdy is one of the best doctors I have ever had in my almost two decades of sinus misery. I had reconstructive surgery in 2018 with him after years of fearing going back to the OR. He has improved my quality of life. His staff is caring, and the office practices many safety measures in this pandemic which I appreciate.

Exceptional practice!
Dr. Jhourdy is an outstanding provider. Exceptional bedside manner, so pleasant, polite, honestly empathetic and listens to all your concerns. He is extremely intelligent and an excellent diagnostician. I would not see any other ENT and I work at a major NY hospital. I highly recommend Dr. Jhourdy to anyone who needs a fabulous ENT.
