It had the potential for being informative
Unfortunately this appointment was non productive because the computer system was down and I couldn't get the results of tests I was waiting for weeks. This doesn't reflect the doctor's competency.

Very happy
I came to see dr jourdy because my daughter has really bad nose bleeds and other doctors would just dismiss her diagnosis with just allergies. Dr Jourdy was so knowledgeable where he scoped her nose right away to see the issue and recommended her to cauterize it. He did it right in the office and made sure we didn’t leave till the vein was all good I was very pleased with him the staff and the whole experience. I did travel from upstate and so happy I did. Definitely recommend this group and dr jourdy.

I only wish that your front office was more on top of things.
As requested, I arrived 20 minutes early for my 9:30am appt. only to then wait almost an hour sitting in my car. It would have been nice to know that the office was running so far behind. I work full time and could have used that time differently. It does not make for a positive patient experience.

I needed to see Dr. Jourdy on an emergency basis and was given an appointment immediately.
Dr. Jourdy was excellent, kind, and gentle. He saw the problem immediately and discussed with me what the best treatment option would be. He was patient and explained everything he wanted to do. I was comfortable throughout and confident that there would be a good outcome.

Excellence on all levels.
I consider Dr. Jourdy to be among the most skilled ENT doctors in this specialty. I was referred to him by another ENT who didn’t have the skill set and who refused to continue treating me. Dr. Jourdy didn’t flinch when he saw my condition and performed a very complicated surgery to correct multiple problems, I am 14 months post surgery and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I'm still not 100% sure of what is actually causing my problem
My experience with this doctor is that he is patient and truly concerned about patient care. He is thorough in trying to solve your problem and offers different solutions to try and resolve the issues.

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Jourdy listens, takes his time, explains everything and makes sure all your questions are answered. I do not mind waiting a for my turn to see him when I have appointments, because he takes the time when you are in the room and does not make you feel as if you are being rushed through. I would highly and without hesitations recommend Dr. Jourdy to anyone in need of his services and specialty.
