Excellent
I went to the ER at Phelps with a painful ear infection. After receiving treatment, the ENT at Phelps recommended I see Dr. Jourdy for follow up. The staff squeezed me in the schedule and he was wonderful providing follow up care.

The reception staff of this provider is always efficient in their processing of input and make you feel at ease. The practitioner assistants are always nice and also make you feel at ease Any requests for water or the like is filled promptly.
the doctor himself is excellent and listens and answers any and all questions in a manner that relaxes, and informs, you of your con and treatmentdition.

Dr Jourdy and his assistant Ruth are by far the best I have ever worked with.
Far exceeded expectations| Couldn't utilize general anesthesia, Balloon Sinuplasty recommended by Dr. Reich addressed the issue with minimal risk. From initial meeting and throughout the procedure Dr. Jourdy and Ruth were Patient Friendly and professional. Procedure was thoroughly explained and carried out with minimal anxiety and pain.

The doctors are great. Doctor’s assistants and other staff are very professional and take care of things while in office. But there was no response to my request for a refill of a prescription even after calling three times

Excellent Doctor
He was very gentle and understood how nervous I was from two nose bleeds. Explained exactly what he was doing before the scan. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable in the office due to Covid. Highly recommend Dr Jourdy.
