There was no waiting to be seeing by someone, the waiting area was extremely clean and the people waiting were spaced out nicely.

I was having lots of floaters and he and his technician were able to do the tests and d explain the cause
My technician made me feel comfortable with each step of the process of the various tests. Dr Prinzi was kind and helpful in explaining the probable cause of each of my concerns. He was patient and very careful in explaining each step of my concern in a manner that I would understand. I would highly recommend this doctor and office.

Efficient, no long waiting, questions answered, well-pleased.
Much better than previous times when waits were very long. Didn't see rooms being wiped down or sanitized for Covid before or after I was in them, but trust that they were.

All went well, and quickly.
This was my first time meeting Patricia. She had me go in to a room for an “OCP” diagnostic; I did not previously have this test, so was pleased she picked up on that fact and added it to my chart. Upon leaving, I booked my 6 month follow-up with Dr. Prinzi and they suggested that visit might obviate my need for my annual eye exam with Dr. McCaughey - not sure about this.
