Always a pleasure seeing this Doctor
Had laser surgery a couple of years ago. Follow up visits are always a good experience. Very nice Doctor and staff is awesome!

Always explains & gives feedback
The Technician who took my scans was fantastic and very informative and explained more than anyone had before to me. She was so polite and caring. Dr Prinzi is fantastic as always and although I only see him once a year, he still makes he feel very cared for.

Early in, early out.
Only problem I had today was on my arrival. A lot of us older folks have hearing issues. When assistant called for my appointment, from some 50 feet away,, she was actually calling for someone else and had someone else's chart. My identity was never verified. After administering first test, which may or may not have been required for me, another assistant came by to verify my identity. In the future I would appreciate if health care associates did not stand by door and call out name of next patient.
Other than that service provided was very courteous and professionally administered.
