Very Friendly and easy to schedule

It was very easy to schedule my appointment and the have hours that fit with my busy schedule. The girl that did my ultrasound was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I would recommend scheduling any radiology testing you need done to be completed here.

Ive been here before but this was my first mammogram at Radiology Associates. I surprised to see how big the place is. My Tech Maria explained to me they have all the imaging services in this facility Xray Ultrasound CT MRI Bone Density. This is good to know that I can come to just one place when i need imaging.

Excellent

I was prescribed to get a pelvic ultrasound by my doctor. The scheduling process was very easy and I was able to find a time that was convenient for me. I arrived for my appointment time and was taken in without any wait. The ultra sound itself was to be expected, and I was very comfortable throughout the entire exam, especially for what I was here for. Highly recommend.

I was so embarassed that I was late for my appt. But my technician Maria was very nice and accommodating. She even apologized for taking me in late even if it was my fault because she had another patient. I told her I got confused with the text messages regarding my appointment. Next time I will try to be on time. Everything went well.

I had to wait a while because the US machine went down and they had to transfer me to the other room. But I still give the service a 5star because the techs here are so kind and apologetic. It's not even their fault that the machine malfunctioned. Thanks to Maria and Alyssa.

Everyone was very nice and patient.

I was taking back quickly, everything was explained to me thoroughly, everyone was very kind and understanding. I had a slight panic attack during my MRI, they were very understanding and comforting and helped me to finish the MRI and suggested what I could do to help me get through it.
