Awesome experience start to finish !!
The receptionist was awesome, same for nurse and phlebotomist and wonderful Doctor. She is extremely thorough, asked the correct questions and listened to answers, gave understandable answers to my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed.

Amazing Doctor
Dr. Chou took ample time to listen to my concerns. She even took about 15 minutes to copy my labs into the chart from my phone by hand herself. Although she couldn’t clearly diagnose me, she took more care with my health than most providers would have. 10/10 recommend her!

Best Rheumatologist ever
Dr. Chou was willing to listen to everything I had to say. She used all the write probing questions and was so extremely nice and understanding through the whole visit! It has been a while since I have had a doctor spend that much time listening and trying to figure out what is wrong! Thank you!!!

Really encouraged after visit
I’m really liking Dr Chou. It was hard having my rheumatologist retire after going to him for 10 years, but Dr Chou has a similar bedside manner, and listens intently to my concerns and spends all the time needed to answer any questions or order any needed tests.

Very thorough
Dr. Chou spent an incredible amount of time with me. She listened, asked a lot of questions, and answered all of mine. She even waited to see if I had anymore questions. She helped me understand what tests we were doing, why, and what the results would mean. I feel very informed and comfortable in her care.
