Very thorough and asked a lot of questions

Over and beyond by Dr., Nurse, receptionist, phlebotomist
I love that Dr. Chou takes her time with me, to explain everything and shows care and concern. Not just that, but is trying everything to find the cause and what’s wrong. Along her, she has a amazing team. From the time you arrive to the time you walk out. I am always greeted with smiles and friendliness by the receptionist, and her nurse. Not just them, but her phlebotomist that works with her in her clinic. She’s literally the best, makes you feel less nervous and relaxed. And me always struggling with blood being drawn, there is never hard. Dr. Chou and her team go over and beyond always. Glad I chose Dr. Chou, and don’t mind driving an hour and so. Definitely recommend her.

My visit with Dr. Chou was very exceptional
From the very beginning when I arrived was excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming, polite, friendly, and went over and beyond to help me with questions and my family as well.
The M.A. Ashley Thomas was also very friendly, caring, patient, and helpful. The phlebotomists was so so friendly and caring, even though she was busy she still did not let that stop from her being a great phlebotomist like other places you go to. Dr. Chou was great, she took her time to check everything, and was not rushing through. She was concerned about me to make sure everything was seen. For this being my first visit, I’m very happy to know that the hour and twenty minutes was worth me driving. I definitely recommend this Dr. and her staff, they are excellent and will go over and beyond for the patients.

Interested in my overall health
Dr. Chou listened and asked about all my health problems not just about my Lupus and arthritis. Made note of my other doctors to confer with.
I was comfortable from greeting to getting my next appointment. Staff was great.

Didn't have to wait for a long time
Dr Chou, was just listening to everything I was saying, making her notes on my illnesses, just trying to get a sense of who I am. She even knew about some of the old school medicines that I took.
