A great experience for a doctors office. The staff is most pleasant.
Dr Sanderlin shows interest, concern and compassion for your problems. Also, Dr Sanderlin seems quite
knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to talk with him. He is not in a rush. When you leave you have the feeling your problems will be resolved.

He's a BLESSING

Best RFA experience I’ve ever had
Best RFA experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had a few of these over the years so this wasn’t my first rodeo. My appointment was at 11am. Dr. Sanderlin was on time, efficient and personable. He and his staff knew exactly what I needed and made me feel very comfortable for my RFA procedure. He definitely knows what he’s doing and I trust him and his staff for my back issues. Love this office!!

"Excellent in Every Way"
I have been a patient of Dr. Sanderlins for years. I followed him from a practice in Chesapeake to his new practice in Virginia Beach. He is caring and compassionate. He has always taken the time to find out how I am doing and how I am feeling. He listens, spends time with me, and never rushes through my appointment.
I feel that I am lucky to have found him because it is not easy to find a doctor that actually takes the time to not only listen to their patients, but hears what we are experiencing and acts on it.
I want to give a shout out to his office staff as well. They are not only professional, but personable and friendly.

The whole staff was polite and the surgeon was great and caring.
It was a great experience the 1st was nervous and he talked me through it and it hurt in the beginning. The second time was even better I was in and out and it didn't hurt the second time.

It was a very good experience!
Dr. Sanderlin was very patient and thorough. He explained all of the procedures and possible outcomes. He used models of body structures in his explanation so that I would further understand what he was talking about. I felt that he cared about me and wanted to see me get better.

Skilled caregiver
I received four cortisone shots today and other than it was to alleviate serious pain it was a pleasant and efficient process. Dr. Sanderlin’s staff is a very well organized group making an otherwise painful experience easily endured. Dr. Sanderlin was warm and easy to engage. He explained the process and options clearly. He further explained the reasons for the extra pain being experienced due to the higher overall pain level lighting up my day.

Finally someone who listens
Just had my first pain appt with Dr.Sanderlin after a few years of trial and mostly error in trying to feel myself again. I really appreciated that he was willing to listen to my concerns and what conservative treatments I’ve already tried to come up with a plan for moving forward. I received injections the same visit to try and aid in pain relief and was pleasantly surprised to have it done same day. The medical assistant who helped during my visit also had a stellar personality and truly had empathy and compassion.
