Feeling Comfortable, Safe and Informed
From the very beginning of my journey Dr. Thompson and his team made me feel comfortable and safe to explore all my options and get on track with my weight loss. Dr. Thompson was able to answer all my questions and anticipated questions that I didn't know I had. His team made sure my process (doctor visits and insurance approval) went smoothly and always greeted me with a smile. My surgery went well and I began feeling like myself in about a week. I'm down 20 lbs in 2 week and my incisions are already healing!

Very positive experience!
It was a positive experience because the Doctor is very knowledgable, listens to you and explains everything clearly. He is a very humble person. Since the first day I felt very confident even after surgery he was very attentive until now. God bless his hands.

A Wonderful and Life Changing Experience
Dr. Thompson is very kind and supportive. He explains everything in calm detail. He has a lot of patience. The Gastric Sleeve can only be described as a Journey and he is the perfect guide to this new adventure. Dr. Thompson is a Must-Have for anyone interested in Bariatric Surgery.

Amazing TEAM
From the very first encounter with anyone from Clarity Surgical team they have been nothing short of amazing. Everyone is so helpful, polite and patient with their patients. I truly appreciate each person, from the receptionist up through the doctor (nutritionist, coordinator, etc). I will continue to recommend anyone seeking help in this area to Dr. Thompson's office.

What a year it has been!
I met Dr. Thompson and the clarity staff at one of the lowest points of my life, dealing with so much with my body and hating how I looked and felt. At the first visit, he offered me a clear and straight path to help my situation. I never met a doctor and office staff who were as friendly, caring and attentive as this crew! One year ago Dr Thompson ushered me into essentially my new life, in this year I was able to lose 55 pounds, find happiness and self love all while always having the support of the Clarity Surgical Team! I am going to say they are the best team on Long Island and I'll actually go even further and say in New York! Thank you Dr. Thompson for giving me my new tool, thank you Clarity Surgical staff for all you do daily!

Pleasant and quick.
Follow-up appointment was quick and easy, Everything was clearly explained and detailed. Provider and all staff were easy to talk to and understanding. Very easy to get in touch with and response. A very pleasant experience. A beautiful atmosphere.

Health Care Provider's Need Care Too
It's not often that I write a review in regard to medical care. As a psychologist I understand the importance of health both mental and physical.
As a patent of Dr. Thompson, i have received the best care that I could never repay. I have shared my story with my co-workers, patient's and other providers when asked about my new life style changes. I highly recommend care with this provider and his professional team.

My experience was wonderful!
The best thing I ever did was find this practice. Staff is beyond helpful and always available for support. Dr. Thompson did an amazing job and I instantly trusted him. Fizza is wonderful and really helped me look at food in a different way...the right way.

My positive weight loss journey....
My very 1st meeting with Doctor Thompson was very pleasant, including all follow up meetings. His staff was awesome and very professional, kind and empathetic. Allison was my favorite!!!!! I honestly appreciated the fact that Dr Thompson answered all my emails and got back to me. He is a great Doctor with excellent bed side manner and I m very happy I chose him and Clarity Surgical to have my procedure done. They really make you feel like family.

dr.thompson performed my appendectomy and he was beyond my expectations. very attentive, caring, and nice. unlike other doctors he addressed every single one of my concerns instead of dismissing them and made me feel at ease, even for my surgery he was very calming. post-op also went well, staff is really nice and office is so cute, clean and organized. :)

A positive experience from start to finish
I needed a hernia repair, and from the first visit with Dr. Thompson he made me feel calm and safe explaining what was going to happen every step of the way. It was one of the smoothest and safest surgical experiences i could have hoped for.
