Great understanding all of my pain and what I'm trying to achieve
Overall experience was a good experience the doctor understood my overall pain and what I am trying to achieve with my terminal illness the pain management for all my other ailments to keep them under control so I can continue being able to stay out of the hospital and do daily activities to spend time with my family and not surgeons physical therapy more injections things I've been trying since the age of 12 now at 48th just want to spend some quality time with my family and not in the Hospital experience very understanding and listening to what i the patient is trying to tell them five stars

He’s a great listener, brilliant Dr. and diagnostician, very personable and likeable, explains everything in detail, and has helped my chronic pain immensely. I’m so comfortable with him and trust his decisions for my treatment.

Dr Chen has earned my respect and gratitude as both my physician and healthcare colleague. He is straight forward but kind, takes an interest in his patients lives, is very approachable and practical. He has a lovely staff as well.

Dr. Chen has empathy and compassion for me and my medical issues. n
I was seeing another pain Dr. and wasn't happy at all. Pills every month to mask the pain. I had an appt with my family Dr. to discuss my options for a pain Dr. It just so happened Dr. Chen was in my Dr. office & didn't hesitate to fit me in to talk. I was extremely hesitant to trust Dr. Chen. I really had to trust him. The 1st thing he did was order an MRI to see what the cause of my pain was. He has empathy & compassion for me. He has alternative therapies to help with pain, not just mask it with pills every month. I've grown to love Dr. Chen and I've been his patient since 2012 and I highly recommend Dr. Chen. His staff is compassionate as well.

When i come to alta i know that my physical well being is as important to all of you as it is to me.
Whenever i come into the office i am greeted by name. Everyone knows me and treats me with great respect. All of the staff take time to find out how i am doing. Not only physically but mentally also. I am able to function on a daily basis because of the care i receive from these providers.

They always keep me educated on mew ideas for pr over all well being.
I usually see Shane, but he and Chwn have always been personable which makes it easier to communicate about pain. Which is a hard topic to trust and express for me. They educate me and keep me motivated to do all I can naturally as well as medication use. I have. NEVER had a negative or even rushed appt with them. They always make me feel important and understands me and my own expectations for dealing with pain. They always move me in a healthy direction, they understand pain. It’s so hard to find Professionals that sincerely understand and yet can help me manage it at the same time.

Dr. Chen is great! He takes the time with you and really listens to you. In the past I had injections in my back which I was really nervous about because I hate needles but he was awesome! I plan on doing it again I HIGHLY recommend him and Alta Pain Clinic.

Amazing Healthcare
Dr Chen has been treating me five years now for back pain, nerve pain down my leg, and knee pain. Dr Chen performs injections that help ease and make the pain tolerable. I am very grateful for Dr Chen, Shane Green, and their team!!
