My experience went a lot better than I anticipated
Dr Chen was as gentle as he could be. He was very comforting, patient, and understanding! He listened to my concerns and addressed them. I was extremely nervous, but he helped calm me down, I never felt rushed and i he keep me informed of everything he was doing ! I will recommend him to family and friends !!!!! And his assistant Jess was great too! Thank you so much !!!!!

Very feeling and satisfied with every visit..
Dr Chen and Shane Green both have wonderful bedside manner. After I meet with Shane, Dr Chen still checks on me to assure I'm doing ok. I know Dr Chen truly cares about me.

Ouick in and out with no waiting.

Every visit has been so fantastic!
I have been going to this clinic for several years. Doctors and staff are so, so wonderful! My care has been number one each time. My visit is always comfortable, since the staff is so great. Anyone with pain issues can be helped more than they know!

Dr Chen went beyond all expections
My right leg was numb due to the hip injection. I sat in his waiting room for 2-1/2 hours waiting for feeling to return. In the end Dr Chen got a wheel chair to get me down to our car and then Dr Chen and Shane followed us to our house and helped to get me inside and comfortable. I have never had a doctor perform that kind of service. EXCELLENT. Thank you Dr Chen

Shane and Doc were great
Since then, I never heard fro the MRI facility. Meds I was given will take weeks to kick in. I’ve called the office, left 3 messages, can’t get a hold of anyone and nobody will call me back.

Great listener
Very good listener even when I had a hard time explaining myself. Made sure I was okay throughout the entire process. I told him things I liked and didn’t care for so much with current treatment and he adapted and gave me even more treatment options so I didn’t feel like I was at a dead end.

Very comforting and informative.
It’s always a wonderful experience with Dr. Chen and Shane Green. They truly care about all of our pain and medical issues. They take the time to hear our concerns. It’s always easy to get set up with procedures to help our pain. I’ve had pain doctors for over 20yrs. But Alta Pain Physician is by far the best I have ever had. They truly care about there patients.
