Dr Chen is always fantastic.
Dr Chen always takes the time to describe what he is doing and what the next steps are. He also took a minute to look up and see if my husband could get shots yet. He is great.

Incredible
I have had an incredible experience with Alta Pain Physicians. Doctor Chen took the time to answer all of my questions and listened to my concerns without rushing me. He has been understanding, kind, and helpful. My procedure went very well and he was even understanding about my anxiety and never pushed or rushed me. I can’t say enough about how great my experience with this doctor and his team has been.

Dr. Chen and the staff put the patient first. They thoroughly explain the processes and expectations while establishing a trusted relationship. I know Dr. Chen understands my goals and is doing everything he can to ensure I live as pain free of a life as possible. Dr. Chen and Shane, along with the office staff are fantastic.

Dr. Chen is the best 100% recommended
I’ve been at the clinic 3 times and the 3 times the receptionist are the worse they look like they just got off bed rude, they don’t look at you in the eye you can see them gossiping about the patients which I think it’s really rude and unprofessional.

The new nurses need more training, i wait 1 and half forto go see him and they kept putting people in front of me so i was kind of irritated.

Shane is very good with listening to my problems
Dr. Chan and Shane are One of the best doctors and facilities I’ve had to deal with with listening to my problems not treating me as somebody out just to get meds but actually helps me with my extreme pain willing to give me options to help relieve instead of just throwing Tess and procedures at me they actually try to help with my overall quality of life considering I’m also in organ failure they take that into consideration and are very diligent on keeping base and in touch with my other doctors all the staff are wonderful friendly rarely do you have to wait and if you do it’s only 5 to 10 minutes
