Cochlear Implant Lifesaver!
The cochlear implant Dr. Lorenz gave me has restored my ability to participate meaningfully in communications with people I love, attend classroom lectures and movies, and do my work. I feel human again. Thank you for your excellent care.

Amazing, Knowledgable, Helpful, Very Kind
From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was so sweet and delightful. Everyone is smiling and very polite. I saw Nurse Erin, and she was absolutely amazing. She was very kind, assuring, and polite. She was especially very knowledgable in what she was doing, and I definately learned a lot about my own ears, nose, and throat. She was very careful in cleaning my ear and really made me feel a whole lot better. Thank you very much!!

Amazing!!

Great doc
Dr. Lorenz has followed my case with my ear and has done a great job with removing my choleastoma. The follow up has been phenomenal and since the removal I have been pain free and able to hear better and totally recommend Dr. Lorenz for anyone with ENT problems.

Put me at ease for an invasive procedure

Great Doctor
I have had hearing and ear problems my entire life, seen several ENT specialist etc. From the start when I met Dr. Lorenz he was articulate, confident, and knew exactly how and what was needed to treat my individual hearing/medical needs. He always has time for you and your questions and when talking with you he makes it so its all understood. His bedside manner before and after surgery is great and always makes you and your family feel comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Lorenz and ACENT to anybody who has hearing/ surgical needs - top notch.

Wonderful - great for my ER visit on a Friday evening.
Dr. Lorenz was called in for my severe nose bleed (first - hopefully last one), and he has a great bedside manner it a stressful situation for a patient. When I arrived at the ER my nose bleed had already been going for a bout an hour, the on call doctor tried several things that just didn't work. He was great too, kept checked on my progress, etc. and then called in Dr. Lorenz. So, I was thankful for his pleasant personality and demeanor for a less than fun experience. Thank You!
