overall Happy with Dr. Lorenz
Even though I have had complications with my tympanic membrane after the surgery with Dr Lorenz, I remain optimistic.
Dr. Lorenz has clearly explained my options moving forward from here, and seems generally optimistic we can still maintain a good outcome.

More than I dreamed.
The entire staff at Acent and every visit was very professional. Dr. Lorenz was patient and kind during each exam, and never made me feel hurried to leave without answering any questions. The surgery experience was as positive as a surgery can be, and the outcome is more than I dreamed. Hearing in stereo is wonderful once again! Thank you Dr. Lorenz and staff.

Great customer service for a not so great painful experience!
All the staff here were so kind and helpful and made such a difference for having to go through such a painful experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone having to get a tonsillectomy done. Thanks again guys!

Beyond Horizon.
I had a great experience with Dr. Lorenz. Very positive guy. Never once fail to provide detail information on surgery and follow up. Excellent Bedside Manner
Dr. Lorenz is very good at cleaning my mastoid cavity out! I get a lot of wax build-up in my mastoid due to surgery where my ear canal was taken apart. He is very careful as to not cause pain and make me too dizzy. He also takes the time to talk about what he is doing and explaining what I need to do to follow-up. He is great! I recommend him to all of my students that I see that need an ENT consult in my educational audiology office!
