Dr. Glickel has changed my life.
Dr. Glickel saved my career as a chef and as a dog trainer. Without him, my life would literally have been over. At the age of 27, starting my life, getting married, saving up money to buy a house, all of that would have been over if not for Dr. Glickel. He is so kind, funny, SMART, and caring. The BEST doctor I have ever been to.

Excellent doctor/surgeon.
Dr. Glickel is not only an exceptional doctor, he is personable and kind. He is not in a hurried rush, even though he is very busy. He is the sort of doctor patients would like to see, but are difficult to find any more.
The result of my surgery was excellent. He was able to make one feel very comfortable before surgery. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a hand surgeon.

Fantastic experience
Dr. Glickel showed tremendous care and patience throughout the process. He explained the prognosis and the options in a clear manner. His care was truly exceptional. He helped me rehab from my injuries and regain full function of the injured areas.

It was perfect!
Dr. Glickel is amazing. I went to him because I had ulnar nerve damage to the point I didn't have any muscle in my right hand and I couldn't feel anything in my little and ring finger. Dr. Glickel brought back my hand by performing surgery and was always straight forward with me and my family about the expectation of the surgery. I am so happy with the outcome of the surgery.

I was Terrified when I broke my hand. I work with my hands and I was concerned about choosing the proper doctor. I made the best possible decision choosing Dr. Glickel. His diagnosis was clear. His plan of action was swift and his surgery was outstanding. Nice guy, too.

Fantastic Surgeon
I had 3 different surgeries with Dr. Glickel and each one was very successful. He is also kind and concerned and listens well. I couldn't recommend him enough if you need hand or shoulder surgery.

Professional, Compassionate, & Excellent Care
When I injured by wrist mid April and was told by ER physicians I needed surgery, I turned to my brother in law who was the chairman of Anesthesiology at Universithy of Penn. The head of Orthopedic surgery there referred me to Dr. Glickel. Three months later, the trust I placed in Dr. Glickel proved to contribute towards my emotional and physical healing. today. Thank you Dr. Glickel and thank you too to his assistant Bendi who arranged the surgery and post operative care.

thrilled with outcome
I so wish I had done this sooner. My finger is now straight (before hand was resembling a claw) the operation was so easy and no pain> My hand felt better even the next day all pain from the past years gone.

Dr. Glickel is the Best!
I've broken both wrists in the last four years, and needed surgery for both. Dr Glickel was my surgeon both times. Each surgery was 100% successful. Dr. Glickel is a extremely capable surgeon, but more importantly, he is patient,kind, and thoughtful.

Grateful for Glickel
I am extremely grateful for Dr. Glickel. He is an expert in his field. When I severed two tendons in my hand I was not sure what the future looked like for its mobility. He showed true concern and never made me feel like he was in a hurry. At nearly two months post-op my hand is on track to be 100% and the scars are healing beautifully. Thanks to his brilliance and surgical skills, I have made great progress throughout my recovery. I am thankful for this great outcome and positive experience.

Absolutely the Best Experience Possible
I came to Dr. Glickel for my De Quervain's tenosynovitis a couple of years ago. He diagnosed it and gave me an injection in my wrist that was supposed to allievate the pain for about six months, but it actually was two years before it flared up again. When I returned to Dr. Glickel, he explained that he could either give me another shot, which would provide temporary results, or perform surgery to correct the problem permanently. I opted for the surgery. Dr. Glickel explained everything involved thoroughly, answered every question thoughtfully, and scheduled the procedure for the following week. Pre-surgery, he explained every step of what he would be doing and what I could expect immediately after, and in the ensuing weeks and months. In just two months, there is only a trace amount of discomfort, a small fading scar from the incision, and the De Quervain's is permanently gone. Dr. Glickel does amazing work, and I wish all doctors had his patient and professional bedside manner.

Dr. Glickel came highly recommended by my primary physician here in NYC. I suffered a hand injury in high school. 20 + years later, the scar tissue on my hand was causing increased pain. I was hesitant about going in for another surgery but I took a leap of faith and found Dr. Glickel to be a trusted and caring surgeon. I am on the mend and feeling close to 100%. I'm extremely grateful to Dr. Glickel and his team.

Excellent care and surgical outcome
Dr Glickel and his staff have been very responsive and supportive navigating a difficult procedure. They were able to schedule my surgery quickly, which minimized my time out on disability. Their office and out patient facilities are excellent. The one drawback it the wait time, especially during follow up visits. But this is worth it to me for the high level of care that I received.

I shouldn't have procrastinated!
I had cubital tunnel and carpel tunnel decompression surgeries performed by Dr. Glickel on the same date. In my opinion the surgeries couldn't have gone better. Dr. Glickel prepared me well for what to expect during the operations and what kind of recovery to anticipate. Dr. Glickel was clear and precise in explaining the nature of my complaints and quelled any concern I may have had about the surgical repair. He accurately described what I could expect following the surgery and happily, both procedures provided the pain relief I had hoped for. My only regret is that I didn't consult with him sooner!

beyond my wildest dreams
i was so scared after falling down a flight of stairs and breaking...shattering...my elbow and breaking my wrist. Dr Glickel
repaired it and i have almost full range of motion today, just 4 months later. other surgeons wanted to replace it which would have meant a lot of restriction in my life but Dr Glickel listened and understood how my lifestyle would have been very compromised with an elbow replacement. He was always kind and patient and I never once felt rushed on any of my follow up appointments. His staff was just as considerate and kind as he was. And don't get me started on how his colleague, Dr Adam Cohen, treated me and helped me with my back which I also broke (the sacrum) in the same fall. I love these doctors!

Amazing, definitely recommend!
Dr. Glickel is noted for being one of the best hand surgeons in the country - after being treated by him I can confirm. He diagnosed me quickly, schedule surgery immediately, referred me to an orthopedic therapist and continues to see me 10 weeks post op for follow ups. He truly cares about his patients and I would refer any person in need of his assistance!

EXCELLENT
Dr. Glickel is absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough kind words about him both personally and professionally. After one failed thumb surgery I was dreading doing it again and feeling quite anxious about it. He spent extra time talking to me about it both over the telephone and in the office. And from the moment I got out of surgery I could already tell that my procedure and care was far superior to that which I received during my first surgery at a local, prestigious hospital. Moreover, my pain was minimal and well managed and my recovery, smooth. I am truly grateful to Dr. Glickel and appreciative of all he has done for me.

Great Surgeon and great office
Found Dr. Glickel online with a nagging pain in the wrist and he was very methodical and took time to diagnose correctly with out rushing into unnecessary procedures. Was very friendly and listened to you. Staff and the whole office was pleasant experience. He was very accommodating too. Once there was a mix up with the scheduling and he took me on a day off. Caring and overall an amazing surgeon. Highly recommend!

Dr. Glickel Saved My Hand and did it with a smile.
I really had no idea what I was getting into when a Orthopedist recommended surgery for two trigger fingers which had literally left me without the ability to use my left hand. Dr. Glickel was able to restore the hand giving it far more mobility than prior to his surgery. As the healing process continues, I am confident that every day the hand is getting stronger and more useful. Dr. Glikel also recommended an excellent Occupational Therapist whose entire face lit up when I mentioned his name.

Excellent doctor and friendly staff!
I chose to see Dr Glickel for an issue I had with my finger. I selected him based off of other patients reviews, and those reviews were right! Very positive experience from the moment I walked into the office. I never felt rushed, all of my questions were asked, and I had very successful surgery with a speedy recovery! I would recommend Dr. Glickel to anyone!
