Dr. Aviv was explaining everything, listened carefully, and answered each and every question. He was very reassuring, confident, and knowledgeable and I felt like I'm very well taken care of. Based on his book, I trust his advice, experience, and guidance and I know I'm on my way to healing completely.

Dr. Aviv is extremely knowledgeable & caring. Very happy to move forward with his treatment plan as I have been suffering for years and years with gerd and sinus issues. I have been to many different dr.’s with these issues but no one has gotten to the root cause like Dr. Aviv. He is right on target as his treatment plan is working! The world is blessed with Dr. Aviv!

I see Dr. Aviv on a regular basis for follow-ups. This time, however, I had a significant issue which needed to be addressed. Dr. Aviv listened and immediately understood why my issue with my voice had to be resolved. After the Laryngoscopy Fiberop with Stroboscopy, he showed me on the screen what was going on with my vocal chords and the therapies I needed to perform. After I left, I felt that the problem was going to be dealt with and that I was on my way to recovering full use of my voice!

I've been going to him for four years and he has helped me a lot.
There is no "one size fits all" - he treats each patient according to his/her needs, at least that's how it seems to me. He is a good listener and gives the patient the benefit of the doubt whenever possible.

Amazing. Lives up to his reputation
Dr. Aviv is that rare rockstar physician who is both a first rate researcher AND clinician. He listened, took detailed notes, equipped me with follow up steps, and really took the time to give a personalized differential diagnosis. Doctors like this are truly rare, setting an example for all their colleagues to strive to.

Finally relief!!
Dr Aviv helped me tremendously with my acid reflux. I love that he incorporates natural anti-inflammatory foods to help the healing. He promotes a healthy life style as well as using medicine to heal .
I am a firm believer that what we eat has a tremendous impact on our health. Finally a doctor who helps you put it all together.

Dr. Aviv is just the BEST.
Jonathan Aviv has been my doctor for eight or nine years. I first met him when my ENT since childhood, Dr. Sacks, called him into the examination room to look at my very compromised vocal chords. I’m a singer, and was dangerously close to ruining my voice, due to a bad cold. I was turned over to his care, and he saved my voice, and has continued to for all of these years. He’s wise, kind, funny, and really cares. He takes time with me, answering any questions I have about my voice, reflux and sinus issues. He gives stellar advice on diet to keep acid down—he’s THE expert on this. I can’t sing his praises enough! I’m so very grateful for Dr. Aviv.

Dr Aviv explained his findings to me taking the time to explain in terms I could understand. He takes a thorough history of past medications, procedures and diet and offered several treatment options which included medications, diet restrictions, steam recommendation, and even smoothie recipes. I was also recommended for allergy testing and voice therapy. Wow. When I left his office I actually had hope that I could feel better and be healed!
