Great once I saw the doctor, but an inexcusable wait -- 45 minutes post appointment time.
I enjoyed meeting Dr. Aviv. I was impressed with his clear diagnosis, his clear explanation of the plan, and his attentiveness. I also appreciated him taking my concerns seriously. But it was very frustrating that I was not seen until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, making me late for work. It shows a lack of respect for patients' time. And no one even acknowledged how late the office was running. I would never treat a client that way. Doctors should not be given a pass for constantly making patients wait (especially after insisting that we arrive early!).

During my first appointment, Dr. Aviv took
a good 45 minutes of his time to map out a comprehensive course of treatment. At my follow-up, he was very encouraged by my positive results, and of course, so was I!

Excellent visit.
Dr. Aviv is extremely knowledgeable, personable, caring and attentive to my concerns. At the end of each visit he provides a written* explanation of my diagnosis along with an action plan for me to follow. I leave the visit fully informed and never walk out with questions then or even later.
*I wish more doctors would do this .

Above and beyond words excellent
I’m blown away how he in 20/30 minutes time top was able to diagnose what my problem is.
Unbelievable beyond words I’ve been coughing for over 20 plus years and seen by 25 different doctors and still coughing.
And here in ENT waiting area seeing this doctors brochure and boom such a blessing to finally be rid of this cough WOW WOW DOUBLE WOW

Dr. Aviv is wonderful, caring and knowledgeable
Dr. Aviv provided compassionate care reassurance and a unique ,holistic plan of care. He explained everything very clearly and I am very grateful for his assistance and expertise in early intervention of serious illness. He is brilliant but he is able to talk to each patient on their level and makes them feel comfortable. He Is very thorough and collaborates with primary care, GI, allergist as needed. Everyone at the practice was professional, helpful and friendly.

Worth the time of coming from CT.
Dr. Aviv showed me pictures of my perforated septum, which my regular ENT doctor has not done, so I was able to view how narrow my nasal airway to my right nostril has become. He offered me suggestions to help me with my LPR. He was personable, down-to-earth, and even called me by my name, something that few of my doctors have done. After following the Acid Watcher Diet for nearly nine months, I’m thrilled I was able to have an appointment with the eminent Dr. Aviv!

An abolultely amazing experience.
Dr. Aviv was the miracle I have been praying for. I have felt so sick for so long and in 20 minutes time I felt more hopeful than I have in a long time that I can regain my health and being to feel well. As a science teacher, I appreciated the science explanations. Dr Aviv is upbeat, positive and knowledgeable. I am grateful for his expertise and the overall positive feeling I felt while at ENT Allergy Associates. Thank you to all.

I waited an hour an half after my scheduled appointmenent
Dr Aviv was very attentive and very interesting regarding his advice; however, I was a bit unclear regarding when I should schedule the follow up tests and appointments. I believe he said that he would contact my primary physician and help schedule a follow up test, but all of that was not done and I had to to that all myself.

Most productive doctor visit ever!
Dr Aviv was amazing and brilliant. After years of trying one thing after another and going to different specialists, Dr. Aviv was able to get to the bottom of things. He was so thorough and took the time to explain things so clearly. He looked at my issues the way none of my previous doctors had. I left with a very clearly described plan with how to move forward. Fantastic
For the first time in a very long time, I feel hopeful that I can get my vocal problems solved. Dr. Aviv gave me a stroboscopy with minimal squirming on my part, and clearly explained and showed me what was going on. He then came up with a game plan.
