Completely satisfies with all aspects of experience.
Was sent by my ENT doctor in Middletown office to get Dr. Budenz input on my condition. She took the time to read the summary of my condition I had prepared before meeting with me and my wife. She patiently explained everything we needed to know, answered our questions and offered her honest opinion regarding our coarse of action and options.
Initially, I was not looking forward to the 2 1/2 hour round trip but it was well worth it! By the way... the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and professional.

She's Wonderful.. Put my mind at ease
Dr.Budenz was so patient and gentle with me. I've had trouble with horrible dizziness and no answers until today.
She was also very thorough and discussed everything with my daughter as she was on speaker phone to help me through possible language barrier..
This practice is wonderful...

Fantastic
Being referred to a new dr was a little scary but she made the experience awesome. Answered all question I had and also any my son had, she made my son feel like he was apart of the decision making and made him feel sooo comfortable

The practice respects my time and medical concerns!
I love that this practice has specialists of every type in the ENT world!!! I have always needed ENT support and this is the best practice from doctors to scheduling to insurance claims to receptionists!!!

She inspires confidence: careful, thorough, and reassuring.
Dr. Budenz inspires confidence: she ordered an MRI, telling me why, and explaining it was more to rule out a tumor for my hearing loss. She had warned me that even if the MRI were negative, my hearing loss is not reversible. Although this sounds like a lot of bad news, she couched it in phrases that I could understand and not be freaked out!
