Exceptional Visit
Dr. Budenz was clear and concise. Her use of an iPad device to communicate was wonderfully comforting to me as a seriously hearing impaired patient. She took the time to be sure I knew what was to be done and what the procedural sequences were. Her staff At the front desk and assistant Steven were cordial and very attentive.

Great ear wax removal and hearing tests
Doctor Biden’s was excellent.
I also liked Trish the audiologist.
I did not like the one sided overbearing legalese laden multi page force choice computer check in. It’s enough to make me look for an alternative.

Very understanding & Caring
From the time she walked in the door she made you feel at ease most doctors today want to rush you in and out the doctor took her time explaining and showing exactly what she was going to do for the procedure I have a major hearing problem and with covid and wearing the mask I did not understand at first she then asked me would it be better if she typed out everything she was saying I could not believe that no other doctor did that for me or even thought of Doing that right there I knew I had to right doctor

I really liked the doctor
I liked the doctor, she was able to give me answers. They had me scheduled for an audio test even though I had already taken one and then I waited for almost 45 min after my scheduled appointment before I saw the doctor.

Hopeful
I developed one sided hearing loss after a short nap. I was seen by two capable ENT doctors who categorically told me the condition was permanent. Fortunately, one of the doctors referred me to Dr. Budenz; an otologist who specializes in ear problems. She exuded confidence , and it was obvious that she and her team have dealt with this condition before. Though my long term prognosis is still unclear, I feel hopeful.
