Thorough, Kind and compassionate
Was such a welcome change to not be rushed through an appointment. Dr. Helfner took her time to understand our concerns… all of us… two parents and her patient - our young child. She came up with a reasonable plan of action with thorough instruction combined with logic and rationale. We were confident in her direction and pleased that we were seen on time. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience
Dr. Helfner was very thorough in taking a history and doing her physical exam. She examined my skin rash and immediately knew what we were dealing with. More importantly the treatment she prescribed worked wonders. I highly recommend both this Doctor and this office to all my friends. Staff very friendly. Office extremely clean and beautiful.

Dr Helfner very professional, answer all my questions and concerns. Also explained how and what can help me have a better life style in the long term once I start getting allergy shots! I suffer from sinus headache and asthma due to allergies . When I first meet Dr Helfner I
was on asthma distress , right a way she
put me on a plan that worked within a week. I’m thankful for how she’s helping me, I’m recommending her to all my friends.

Dr. Helfner is kind, thorough, knowledgable, and efficient.
I hadn't seen Dr. Helfner in 2 years but she took the time to look into my file and was armed with knowledge when I came in. I have never felt rushed with her, she takes the time to listen, and she answers all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone who asks.
