The greatest experience at a Dr. Office
Dr. Helfner & her two nurses were awesome. Dr. H took time to get to dig into my very long medical history. She listened to my concerns and then when it was her turn to explain she did it so thoroughly. Everything was so clear and if it wasn’t she took the time to explain it all.

Just an annual wellness checkup but a small problem arose.
When the doctor found a small problem, she made an immediate appointment with another doctor in the practice saving me another trip to the facility.

Great detail and set up of expectations.
Reviewed detail of last visit and recent blood work. Made suggestions towards improving the congestion and preventing further asthma complications. Nurse Brittany was very thorough and informative.

Very happy with my visit
Dr. Helfner is everything you want in a doctor... a great listener, caring, explains things clearly, patient, understanding, took her time with me and not once made me feel rushed, and overall a nice person. She made excellent recommendations for my asthma medication plan and scheduled a follow up visit. You can tell she's a doctor who cares for her patients health long term. The check-in was a breeze, friendly staff and nurses. Modern and clean office. I might sound like a commercial, but ENT and Allergy is everything you want in a doctor's office.

I never have any issue when visiting this location.

Was scheduled for an allergy test. Was brought in right in time. Nurse was there immediately and Dr came right in. No waiting at all. Extremely thorough and detailed. A pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend

Exceptional all around experience
Dr. Helfner and her nurse were very kind. I was quickly yet thoroughly diagnosed. Everything from testing, diagnosing and my allergy condition discovery and treatment was explained so I could fully understand. Both the Dr. and nurse were patient and and easy to talk to. Great experience through a difficult situation.

Dr. Hrlfner and Brittany were both excellent with my allergygy issues.
She listens and came up with a plan for my allergy symptoms. After 6 weeks we decided to start allergy shots . She explained everything to me snd answered all my questions in layman language.

First time and it was a great experience
Facility was clean and set up to follow Covid guidelines. Experience with everyone involved was great. Friendly staff and Dr. Helfner was really nice and easy to talk to. I’ve never been tested for allergies, but it was simple and went well.

Dr Helfner and the nurse that assisted me provided everything I look for in a doctors visit. Not only were they attentive and helpful, they answered any question I had. This will now be my permanent place of residency for any allergy related problems.
