Great experience would highly recommend
Dr. Helfner & Brittany on her staff made us feel comfortable as we learn to navigate our 1 year olds diagnosed allergy. They were friendly, caring, patient & took the time to answer all of our questions & concerns.

Dr. Helfner and her aide Brittany were great. I felt I was in good hands. They both answered all of my questions. Dr. Helfner is very kind and very knowledgeable in her field. I am extremely satisfied. Even Ronni the secretary at checkout was nice and helpful.

Absolutely one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. Organized, clean, attentive, kind and knowledgeable.
I have been here 2 times once with Dr. Miller and a second time with Dr. Hefner. Both were extremely friendly, attentive, personable and caring. Every person I encountered from the front desk to nursing staff were by far the most caring individuals I have ever experienced in a medical office. I truly mean you guys are doing it right and are second to none. I will highly recommend ENT and Allergy Associates to anyone. Thank You Tom
