We had a very wonderful experience
My 9 year old daughter had blocked Naso-lacrimal ducts on both sides. She was very anxious about doing the procedure. Dr. Rafailov made every step of the way much easier with his calm and caring manner. He is an amazing surgeon.

Great communicator leads to confidence
Dr Rafailov performed upper and lower eyelid surgery on both eyes. He explained it all and did what he said he would do. Right upper was initially was not quite as good as other eyelids, so he followed up with an in-office revision which looks outstanding and I am very pleased with the overall vision improvement.

Life changing
For almost a year I was dealing with bad eye allergies an excessive tearing all the time that got worse and worse over time. I saw 4 doctors and an allergist and no one could figure out what was wrong. I was on and off steroid and allergy drops for months. My ENT recommended Dr Rafailov and it was life changing after months of swollen puffy and runny eyes. He was able to determine problem and also discovered I was allergic to an ingredient in all the eye drops I was using. I am so thankful for the recommendation from my ENT and for Dr. Rafailov for making me feel like myself again.

Quick and easy

Extremely professional and knowledgeable
One of the best experiences and outcome one could have. Dr Rafailov explained everything in detail and put me at ease in understanding the procedure and what out come I could expect. Was spot on in taking something difficult to explain and making it easy. Dr Rafailov certainly has a talent in making you look your best and goes beyond and above standard care. On side note I think he just really likes challenges and enjoys what he does. Glad I chose him as my Doctor.
