Dr was very professional. Dr had a very empathetic caring nature. Dr had a plan to help and guide me through this experience with my eyes.

From my first consultation to my post op appointment Dr Rafailov showed the utmost in professionalism. I had eyelid surgery both upper and lower and he did such an amazing job. He took the time to explain both the procedure and the outcome which made me feel very much at ease . I would most definitely recommend Dr Rafailov to anyone who would want or need any kind of eye surgery .

Dr Rafailov is very pleasant, informative and professional. He told me the pros and cons of my procedure and didn’t pressure me into making a decision right away.
