the owners of this facility should be proud and grateful of thier staff. a someone who works in healthcare i appreciate thorough, compassionate and extremely professional healthcare providers. all of the individual i encountered while at my appointment were wonderful. The atmosphere and the people treating me were relaxing. this was the first time i have ever had a test, procedure or any appointment where i was rushing to get out!!!!!! thank you to everyone

I got an appointment within an hour of being at the orthopedist and did not experience a long wait time. The MRI technician, Laura, was very nice and the procedure went very well. I was very satisfied with my overall visit.

overall pleasant experience

this is my 2nd visit to this facility in 4 months. Both visits have been pleasant and the staff kind, considerate and understanding. Procedures were explained to me so I understood what to expect. I would recommend this facility for either an MRI or cat scan based on my interaction and experience with these folks.

Prior to my visit I saw that my insurance provider was accepted here. On arrival, was told that they accepted my provider, but not the specific type. I proceeded to leave the establishment to seek care where my insurance would be accepted. About an hour or so passed and I received a call asking why I had cancelled my appointment; frustrated and confused I said that my insurance was not accepted thus would not seek care. The person proceeded to tell me that it should be accepted and a mistake was made and it was confirmed with billing that my insurance was accepted here I was asked to come back and time was made a few hours later to be seen. On arrival everyone was pleasant and kind and the appointment proceeded. Additional wait time was incurred between exams which extended the overall length of the appointment.

The facility and staff are welcoming. The mammogram was performed carefully with great precision. The facility is clean and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and accommodating.
