Cataract surgeries went well; very pleased!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sloan for a number of years and have followed him to his Myrtle Beach office even though I reside in Murrells Inlet. I do have confidence in him as a doctor. When doctor Sloan told me my cataracts were at a point where they could be corrected, he advised me of choices/options. He did not push in any one direction. Months later when I made the decision, Dr. Sloan explained what the procedure was, lens options and pricing, asked if I had any questions, and told me he was available to answer any questions both prior to and after the surgery. After surgery on each eye he called that evening to see how I was doing and patiently addressed my paranoia! Follow up visits have been positive so shall we say a job well done!

Exactly as I hoped it would be
I needed cataract surgery after suffering a detached retina some months earlier. Dr Sloan was recommended to me by a neighbor and the experience from start to finish was first class. I only needed surgery on one eye and if/when I need the other eye taking care of, I will certainly go back to Dr Sloan.
