Wonderful Experience!
The doctor was young and very handsome, with such a calm, bedside manner. He explained the procedure in detail, and asked if I had any questions or concerns afterwards. The procedure itself was painless and it was over before I knew it. I was very nervous before the procedure, but the staff at MCAI and more importantly, Dr Palmer, did an outstanding job at making the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and Dr Palmer for anything you need to have done!

Absolutely Fantastic!
Very helpful, explained procedure thoroughly and was so gentle. I watched a YouTube video beforehand was so nervous and anxious, but it was SO much better. He really is a gem of a doctor and I highly recommend him!

Absolutely amazing doctor!
I didn't feel anything and I was expecting the worse. Dr Palmer made me feel comfortable the minute he entered the room with his gentle voice. He explained everything from the beginning so I knew what to expect. I couldn't believe the biopsy was over afterwards as he was so quick! I am speechless as to how good this doctor really is and I highly recommend him!

He is an EXCELLENT doctor!
Almost painless and a lot better than the previous biopsy! He is very gentle with an excellent bedside manner, something you just don't see and find anymore nowadays. I highly recommend him!
