The doctor really put me at ease.
The doctor's tone of voice enabled me to remain calm prior and after the procedure. He was very thorough in terms of explaining the procedure. I appreciate that he came in and briefly spoke to me after my follow-up mammogram. The nurses were extremely helpful and friendly. It is evident that they are very knowledgeable.

Better than I thought
The procedure went smoothly and simple, so I wasn't nervous despite my fear of needles. Dr. Palmer wasn't forced with it, so everything went by quickly.
